Merrill's Marauder's set
Just curious if anyone is still seeing these sets at their local Toys'R'Us stores?

MM
I never saw these in stores because my only TRU is an amusement park (yes, it has a ferris wheel...) not a toy store. I could see not being able to pass it up at $40; no surprise really that they sold out. Good for two reasons:
1) Hopefully more stuff 21C at TRU because bbi really just doesn't put enough stuff on the shelves.
2) More bulk packs Hopefully this notion catches on. I always thought that would be a good way to re-release some playsets - in bulk packs with some figs & vehicle. I'm not holding my breath.

I only saw them once at one of 4 TRU's I visit in the Pittsburgh area, and as it was in the lead-up to X-Mas I didn't really have the dough to blow on the set at the time.
I never saw them again, and never got a set. I'm still truckless as a result, at least till my weapons carrier is picked up off lay-away.
Those things moved quick for big sets at a high price. Not atht it was high for what you got, but $40's usually a pricepoint that things don't move too well in the toy aisle. Too bad other companies don't look at all the good things 21st has done to move product like that MM set.
