Memorial Day, the ultimate sacrifice for us.

My dad did two tours in Vietnam while in the navy on an Attack Transport (the USS Bayfield APA-33) and was personally involved in three campaigns. He lost some good friends in his 20 years of service. He never talked about what he saw or did, but only acknowledged he was there in Vietnam. He past away 9 years ago from cancer at the age of 66. I know he is with his fellow service men standing watch over us. Here is to all of the service men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
