Odd find at my Wal-Mart. I found the R/C Stuarts, but they were in the 21st C boxes. I don't remember seeing them in that box before from Wal-Mart. Does anyone know if they were in MotorWork boxes before? All are green. If anyone is looking for this one in green, drop me a line.

The first release ones were in the red motorworks boxes. The current run is boxed in the blue 21st boxes available in winter and weathered OD........

If by quick you mean fast the answer is no. They move at a decent pace but it won’t get away from you. I have the sand colored one and just love it. :D

10$ M2's

Post by Adeleron » Thu Nov 18, 2004 1:14 pm

Went to 5 walmarts in Buffalo, Amherst, and Niagara falls wednesday. No M113's to be found. They did have 4 Tan M2's for $10 a piece. Well worth the trip across the border.

Was at the 101 & Camelback (West Phoenix, Az.) location on Sat. Plenty of Shermans, Tigers, M-113's (all tan) and Chevron 190's. What really took my by surprise were the number (10+) 1/6 R/C Stuarts there, at $149.99. I have never seen more than 1 or 2 in any store, and I saw at least one of the weathered scheme.

I doubt that this store will sell very many of them, may 5, because sitting next to it were a ton of large (comparably sized) Cadillac Escalades, Harley motorcycles, and various 4x4's that were $20 to $50 bucks cheaper. Maybe Ill get lucky in the after Christmas sails and pick on up.

Anyways, thats the recon report Az.

I will check three Wal-Marts in my part of Tennessee (two of them today) and report back on what I find. I'll check a few in Mississippi later in the wekk and get back to you on those early next week.

Well I've checked the 3 stores in Joplin, nothing new since the S1 190. Going back to the store in OK that had the 3 S1 bubbletops which by the way sold rather quickly to of which hopefully gives a hint to the toy mgr to stock this stuff on a regular basis...Anyway would sure be sweet to walk in and find the Eileen bubbletop or the red nose G... I know, wishful thinking. This time last year we were all in an uproar about the 5 different paint schemes popping up for the Razorback, hopefully we see some similar activity at WM but so far has been no comparison to last year but also it seems not as many guys are looking or posting as much concerning WM finds. I know I've exhausted myself hunting all the WM's and really quite bored with it, I've grown quite used to buying online and being done with it. I think the 3 bubbletops I found in OK were a fluke but I hope I'm wrong!

doesn't it seems strange?

Post by boyx30 » Thu Dec 16, 2004 11:12 am

Nothing is showing up at Walmart regarding the bubble top or 109-G among other items?

Since this should be the mainstay of 21st Century's bulk of income they certainly would have produce a large quantity of items to ship to Wal-Mart?

Strangely the only things I've seen have been FW 190 Chevrons in very beat up boxes like they were suddenly found at the bottom of a palate?
