I found this catalog when I was browsing. I thought it was very cool. I can only imagine what these models cost. I know someone had posted some HPH photos before, however this is the first time I have actually seen the catalog. Enjoy.

HPH models catalog $$$, Nice 1/18 pictures
Re: HPH models catalog $$$, Nice 1/18 pictures
i can tell you what the cost (approx). Last time i checked, the he-219 was $6700, the Me-410 the same, the Tomcat was $12,000.
The kicker is you pay up front and then they build the model, which takes a year. It is then shipped to you by air freight and you have to go pick it up at the airport.

Makes a JSI F-14 seem like a bargain.

Actually, about any of our 1:18 aircraft - even with the increased prices on them as of late. Something members should take in mind the next time they want to whine about high prices... Granted, the JSI F-14 doesn't compare to the HPH one, but when de-spotted, painted and weatered correctly, it can be a beautiful model just the sameTinman wrote:Makes a JSI F-14 seem like a bargain.

Jnewboy,
The B-36 Peacemaker by HPH is 1/48 scale, last I heard it sells for around $3,900.00. I do not know how old the price I saw was, so it may even be more now. Way way out of the park for me, can't even imagine where I would put a monster like that. The actual wingspan on a B-36 is 230 feet so 1/48 scale would put it just under 6 feet.

actually just under 5 feet wingspan....whew eh? Go for it!
i have bugged hph for years to make 'dumbed down' less expensive versions of their models and/or kits. Never had a response even once. I guess they don't like the idea of making lots of money.

Check this subject :

HPH models are incredible ! i saw a lot of them in "flesh" !
( I was crying, the quality is eye watering )
A few years back i've hesitated a 2000 US$ blue angels F-18 from HPH on EBAY (from switzerland) but i allready own a BBI one and price was a little steep !
Now when i see the prices of customs and new models i begin to think that for this quality 2000 was not a bad price (it was a "used" one !)
The real price is mor between 3 to 10 000 US $
One day i will order them a mirage 2000 or a Rafale ....
