IT works PERFECT! The paper clips also have little notches in them so it looks just like rebar!

Hello,
I am new to the site and I just want to say that this, and your other creations, are simply amazing. I absolutely love this kind of thing and I really want to do some myself, but I have almost no idea what to do. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on tools, techniques, paint, casting resin, materials, etc. I am just 12 years old so I am definitely an beginner. I have been collecting 21st century ultimate soldier xd for about 4 years and I totally love them. I would also like your thoughts (not just Flyboy, everyone) on what I should start with: diorama, figure custom, vehicle custom, etc. I am mainly a fan of WW2 so nothing modern. My goal is to be able to do stuff like Flyboy, RED, Pickelhaube, The Woofer (The Hun), and others. ANY advice is accepted.
Thank you for your time,
AJ

My name needs to be last on the list, the other guys blow my stuff outa the water!
Just look around the web! I would start off with an airbrush and compressor. Buy yourself a Paasche VL. That's what I use and I LOVE IT! Not sure what compressors to recommend. I just use the crappy Paasche D500. I said to myself, "Once this thing dies I will buy a much better one." It has been 3 years and it's not dead. I use it often too so It works pretty well!
Super basic though!

thanks for the advice. I got pink foam from home depot and none of my tools cut cleanly AND straight. I was wondering what you cut and articulate you foam with?
Thanks,
Andrew

Razor blades and strait edges. I fill in any gaps/dings so they don't bother me.

Re: 1/18 prototype bunker: Paperclips and foam... lol
I just received three of these, in various forms, and they are simply amazing... I'd post more pics, but what flyboy has already posted does them justice. The only way I could improve them would be to put a Weylen figure on top of one and park a Pickle 222 next to it..
