Contact eBay and let them know he's selling stolen property. At the least it should cause him some problems with his account. However, keep it clean ... the key is to not make it appear as a "he said, she said", but instead to simple chip away at his character in legal and financial arenas.
He already is his own worst enemy, but now it is on everybody else to slowly & carefully document it.
