Mystery Panzer IV ?

I purchased this Panzer IV from ebay, I can't find a similiar tank in the SSHQ. The seller claims it's 12"X6" I think this put's it in the 1:18 range, but I'm not sure. Anyone know where this tank is from?

Looks like the 1/32 version missing the side panels.

Hey Fritzy,
the base color makes me think it is this one : "00811 - Series 1 - Panzer IV - RC - Red 122 - Desert" and a customiser has added their own camo and weathering.
I assume it is marked "21st Century toys" on the bottom. Is it "heavy" as if it has RC components inside. Maybe they modded a RC into static and added some of their own detail.
