Thumbs up to sdcc73 for a great post!

Major Campbell's A-10 can also be seen here: http://cmac.smugmug.com/gallery/3914#122791_DmwXL

Not only does this A-10 have meaning, it sports the classic red shark mouth!

It's loads of fun to collect models with meaning. It reminds us that these are not just machines of war, but reflections of humanity at war.

I vote for the Campbell A-10!
Check out the AAA she took...

What's missing from the JSI list is the A-4, A-6, F-8, Mig 29A, and Tornado.

1. F-4 Phantom II (yes above the A-10)

2. A-10

But I would buy them both. I would purchase multi schemes on the F-4! A-10 I would buy 1, maybe 2.

It's not realistic, but I'd personally like to see a T-6 Texan, Hondo Airbase, around numbers 927 - 930. My dad used to be a trainer.

Two thumbs up for the great Distinguished Flying Cross recipient Major Kim Campbell. For now my vote is still the F4 for #1. However, I'll vote for the A-10 as #1 under the premise its Campbell's A-10. Again two thumbs up for the Warthog, if and only if, its the Campbell A-10.

Hi All
Yes we need an A-10 built!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One with a story behind it would be great ... Don't forget Chopper popper !!!!!! flown by then Col. Swain and the other pilot that got an air to air kill with the gun!!!!! Both A-10's were the only planes to get air 2 air gun kills in desert storm!!!!! i knew at one time one of the planes wore the shark mouth paint scheme and had a green star on the side for the air 2 air kill....... that was the 2 tone grey scheme .... That would be sweet too...... Blacklightning from the CT airguard would look sweet too!!!!!! so many options ...
Dana (dcway)
Also a pilot figure to go with it ......... :D :D :D

I was wondering, if you added these three aircraft to the list:

1. F-22

2. F-35

3. Mig 29

would you rank things differently than you have and why?

Here's how my list would rank differently:

1. A-10 Warthog

2. Mig 21

3. F-4 Phantom

4. Mig 29

5. AV-8B Harrier

6. A-7

7. F-100

8. F-22

9. F-35

The A-10 still ranks king on my list to be done. The F-22 is cool, but there isn't any history to it and if a company is worried about number of paint schemes, there's only one. The F-35 is just starting production so my reason for placing it last is still the same as the F-22. The Mig 29 however would be cool to go with bbi's F-18 or F-16 and it has some history behind it.
Go Ugly Early in 1/18!!

Still waiting and wishing for a 1/18 A-10 Warthog.

The F-22 is pretty high on my personal wish list, even if it does only have one paint scheme; thats not really something that factors into my priorities, I just want cool looking jets. I'm sure thats not a view shared by the manufacturers, of course :)

Anyway my appended ranking would be:

1. A-10
2. F-22
3. F-4 Phantom II
4. AV-8B Harrier
5. Mig 29
6. JSF
7. A-7 Corsair II
8. Mig 21
9. F-100 Super Sabre
