i'm considering it......final paint scheme and price tag will determine. If it's too much i'll get the r/c tomcat i've mentioned before, which has the Jolly Rogers scheme i like and will still look good hanging up and be easy to hang cause it's light.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

This thread is meaningless fantasy until a production F14 shows up in a box somewhere for sale.

Well, no I won't be getting one. The simple fact is......I don't collect modern, just WWII.
This is a fantastic aircraft and looks to be an equally fantastic model. I can't wait to see pics of the final production piece.

I plan to get two. One to keep in the Jolly Roger Scheme and the other to repaint as the XP-14F Skystriker.

Where am I going to get the decals big enough for it?

Man have I been gone for awhile. Can someone catch me up? Where are/were these available for pre-order? Do we have any idea what the production run will be? I'm worried I won't be able to get one if I don't pre-order, but it sounds like there isn't even a finalized price yet?

Also, have the other two been offered for pre-order yet or is it just the F-14 so far?

Thanks!
