Can anyone give me some info about Airstrike toys?
I have seen them referred to in some posts. They seem to specialize in F-6 Hellcat, but I just ordered a RAF Corsair.
Looks great,and I will give a review,when I receive it.
These guys might be the "repaint genies"

They are awesome!!! I've their #5 Series 1 Corsair and it still holds pride of place. I'm currently eagerly awaiting the release of the French F4U-7. Just a shame that 21c and others tried to shut them down. Didn't work, they only repaint BBI stuff.

Which one did you order?

They are wonderful. I am saving to get a Bunker Hill Hellcat to go with my Corsair and Avenger.

Hello,

Any chance you guys will offer the Spitfires in kit form, like you do with the Hurricane?

Different folks, you might be thinking of Skyworks.

Quite alright, I've both Airstrikes Series 1 Corsair and Skyworks razorback 'stang. The 'stang was on EBay before he became Skyworks.

The Royal Navy Corsair is by far my favorite.

Airstrike toys

After reading all the great reviews, and posts regarding Airstrike,I am really looking forward to the RAF Corsair that I have on order.
If there is enough demand,it seems that Patrick will do a custom series.I think that this is an excellent way for us "collectors" to get an excellent, and extremely limited repaint.
All for about half of what Skyworks charges.I for one will be purchasing other models from him,and I would encourage other members to check out his website.
Airstriketoys.com.
If we support this sort of customization,we can get more versions in the future.
How about a custom Me109?

Did Airstrike ever do the British Hellcat? I think I remember they were going to do those.

They don't have one listed on the website yet, but I do believe that they had a prototype complete (I hope that is a correct statement). I think it was delayed for the carrier deck dios. I do think there is still intent to do the RAF Helcat.

Yes the Brit hellcat will be produced but put on the back burner. When I posted the info to gauge interest there were no responses. This isn't meant to sound like I'm griping just a possible misunderstanding. If there is interest I'll add them back to the line up for this summer.
