Re: 1:18 Panzer I Ausf. F project
Grunt1, Very cool on the Panzer I kit! I sent you an email about placing an order for this last night. I’m definitely interested. Ive got an excellent model of one in 1/30 scale and we need more early war/Blitzkrieg era tanks in 1/18 8) https://i.postimg.cc/8c4FH4bQ/F76130-C9-6-AAE-437-D-9-F5-B-94-F...

Re: Replacement parts wish list
What about sets of the pioneer tools found on many German tanks? I’m thinking along the lines of those seen on the 21st Panzer IV. Parts like the fire extinguisher, spare track parts, a track tension adjuster, a jack fastener, a gun cleaning rod, a shovel, an axe, a crank, and other tools. I’m worki...

Re: Marauder WW2 1-18th
The Marauder WWII figures are excellent :D I got a complete set of the of the Russian and British figures through the kickstarter, but haven’t gotten anything else yet. Back in the day, I got a ton of the 21st, BBI, and FOV 1/18 figures, so it’s been hard for me to justify getting more US, German, a...

Re: (Somewhat) New American Diorama figs
Those figures look like junk and what the heck is up with their rifles? If you need good WWII figures, just track down some of the old 21st or BBI figures or get some of the new Marauder Task Force WWII figures.

Thanks for the tutorial, Picklehaube
This will be helpful when I eventually get to the tracks on the Jagdpanzer IV kit I’m working on.

Re: Star Wars Combat Assault Tank
If you’re into the Star Wars vehicles, this tank is one of the best Hasbro has made to date. It’s as well detailed as any of our 1/18 tanks were back in the day with a full interior, opening engine, rolling treads, cargo crates, etc. It’s a toy/model of the Imperial Assault Tank seen in the spinoff ...

Re: FOV rouses itself from slumber...!!!
Well that kind of stinks. Then again, I have been collecting premium 1/30 scale models that cost 3-4 times as much as the FOV ones, so I guess it’s not as big of a deal... I just hope that for all the new improvements and higher price point that FOV retains good quality control and doesn’t become li...

A few quick pics of my Marauder Task Force WWII Russian figures. I also got the British troops, but haven’t put them together yet. I will need to get examples of the USMC, US Army, German, and Japanese figures eventually. The MTF WWII figures are very nice through and through 8) https://i.postimg.cc...

I stalled on building mine, but your pics inspire me to get back into it!
BTW, do you have any spares for the gun lock part for the L/70 version? Thanks

Axis, I’m really sorry to hear your wife passed away and glad she was so tolerant of your collections. Personally, I’m single and have my own house that I can put what I want in. My former girlfriend really liked my collections and was supportive of my hobby. She often likened staying in my house to...

Seeing this thread almost made me laugh because it’s been a foregone conclusion for many years now that the 21st Century products in nearly all their scales were continually dogged by quality control issues for the entire production run  Still, I find it telling that other companies that mass-p...

Re: 1:12 Figures
Those are really nice-looking figures! They come across like smaller iterations of the premium 1/6 scale figures. I have a lot of 1/12 (6”) scale figures and vehicles from the Star Wars Black Series line. It is a good scale for figures (they’re large and detailed, but not too large) but larger vehic...

This is an age-old issue You have to push the strut inward a little to release the locking mechanism and it should then pull back into the landing gear bay.

Good to see you back, Jackson! Really miss your custom decals as they were the best and you could make just about anything. I haven had any issues with your decals over the years... When I applied and sealed them correctly, they have stayed on perfectly.

I’m familiar with Peddinghaus having gotten some sets off eBay... I know they have 1/32 scale aircraft decals, but do they do custom work like the larger decals for a 1/18 or other large scale model? ThanksCrazy Kraut wrote:Decals are made by peddinghaus decals in germany
