P.S. yeah the snow is not exactly easy for the locals. We were only 5 blocks away from the Show... 35 dollars (marked up due to snow / supply demand) and about 20 minutes later we finally made it to the show about an hour late! I have been in snow storms. I am not from California. I live in the Roc...

I believe it is removable. I didn't total take it off, but I was able to easily undo part of it.
