Re: Choose The Next WW2 Full Build
I will buy any of these that were built except for the Tropical Spitfire. Would I love a Do-335 Hell YES! but is it insane in 1/18? maybe.... But if its not then why not throw in other similar size highly coveted aircraft like the Me-110 or B-25 or my all time favorite the He-219! The Do-335 may win...

No, its correct. The 109 E-7 had the nose pluged but the tip is more rounded, his looks almost sharp.

Custom 109 from same builder as Avenger on sale
One of the planes that guy had for sale was this 109. http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/MTIwMFgxNjAw/z/gj8AAOSwpDdVGsqU/$_57.JPG Besides the cockpit detail he did the correct airfilter and prop hub although it was not quite as sharp as his looks in real life. Over all ist pretty cool. The buyer is reselling...

Anything Russian, Russian would be my first pick as nothing has been made. The Macchi would be very cool. I really would like a Natter also. In addition to those, I would like to see a Sturmovik. I agree! we have still never had a soviet offering of anything in 1/18!!! Thats hard to swallow but its true! No armor, No aircraft, nothing! nothing soviet! Only the T-34 Pickel put out and my repaints of a P-40 and a Spitfire in soviet markin...

Re: Why is the JSI Adolf Gallan BF-109 a poor selling item?
I understand being tired of the same planes and especially the same paint schemes. I have been buggy the powers to be to make a F4 Wildcat with plug in wheels and price it under $95. and make 4 color schemes at the same time. I think it would bring excitement and the price point would be a winner. ...

Re: 1/18 Custom Midway Avenger
My Avenger is the only one to make it back to Midway island, is was very shot up. Rear turret gunner dead. I think the pilot got the distiguished flying cross. Yes without those coming in first and pulling all those zeros to ground level things may have been very differant that day. http://ww2db.com...

Yea I hear you, the two tone grey paint looks bad and is very wrong. I just really hope that when and if we ever see their Fw-190a it is painted well enough to say they did their homework.

It has been done before. Literally the same scheme, and after seeing those panel lines Im sure many collectors, myself included decided it was not worth any money to replace their 21st Century version for one that may actually look worse. The pannel line are insane on the Merit version, it looks lik...
