German, hands down. Although a Japanese one would be pretty Sharp as well. But to be completely honest, I am going to buy one regardless of what paint scheme they choose. The Phantom is one of my favorite jets, along with the F-104, F-14, and F-111 (hint, hint)

My personal plea

I know I have said this time and again but would one of the big three PLEASE produce a P-39 in 1:18 scale. If it's possible to make a skyraider (I will order one) and a Dauntless (I ordered two :D ) then there has to be a market for the P-39. It is flat out one of the sharpest looking warbirds produ...

I almost lost the battle with my self control over Smoke II but I already have one and there are just way too many awesome aircraft coming out soon. P.S. Will someone PLEASE finally break down and release a 1:18 P-39 alrea...

Jackson, I have located and now in the process of ordering a sheet of 1/32nd scale cutting edge decals for the "Frenesi" scheme, the first one on my list above. If I send you the 1/32nd scale sheet would you be able to scale them up to 1/18 including all the various smaller decals like the "no step"...

Jackson, let me know if you are able to re-create any of the three schemes I have listed below. And are you able to do all the warning and no-step type decals as well? http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww2/f/165/3/7/137 http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww2/f/165/3/16/149 http://wp.scn.ru/en/ww2/f/165/3/16/186 Let me know when...

Decal question

Hello, I am planning to re-paint a 1/18 scale BBI P-51 and was wondering if there was a company that could scale-up some 1/48 or 1/32 scale decals? Or if by some strange coincidence there is actually a company that sells decals in that scale. The last time I checked 1/24 scale was the largest plasti...

:D Thanks, wouldn't it be nice to have a broader selection in 1/18 scale aircraft? I still like mustangs and 109's but they weren't the only aircraft used in WWII. I know they are more easily recognized by the general public, and therefore appeal to a larger group of buyers, but if stores like Wal-M...

O.K. if I can only select one, it would be The P-39 Airacobra hands down. I originally listed 10 aircraft just in case companies are actually paying attention to this thread. That way even if my number one pick is not considered maybe my number two or three would be. But yes, I would definitely love...

Here is one more, I'm not sure what scale this would come out to be but it is interesting, or at least to me it is. I have always liked the Mosquito and plan to buy this kit when it passes the R&D stage. It's made by Flying Styro, the same company that makes the B-25 I have so I'm sure it too would ...

I bought the super detailed version and if you are only going to use it as a display model it would go together fairly quickly. If you have ever built a plastic model you would have no trouble putting the B-25 together. A good weekends worth of work should do it. Sorry about posting the EAM B-17, I'...

Unfortunately I do not own a camera but I can say that the pictures on the web site I provided are a very good representation of what the model will look like. Yes, it is made of foam, but it is a bit tougher that a coffee cup, and the texture is more smoth as well. If you look real close you can te...

If someone wanted a 1/18th-ish scale B-25 you should look into the Flying Styro R/C kit. It has a 48" wing span so it's in the 1/18 scale ball park, costs between $240 and $280 depending upon the level of detail you want included, and it is readily available. I bought mine from the web site listed b...

Hello, I encountered a problem when I purchased an Admiral F-86 from Badcat toys. First of all, I want to say I have ordered from them before and will order from them again. Trucks, I strongly agree with you in regards to supporting any of the companies that stick their necks out to make the lesser known aircraft. P-39 Airacobra

I'm new to this forum but not to warbirds. I have built plastic models for about 25 years and I also build r/c aircraft. Within the last year or so I have started to collect 1/18 scale aircraft, but there is one problem that I have run into so far. It seems that nobody makes a 1/18 scale P-39 Airaco...
