That's too bad, I only got one set of the Germans when they came out, and I really like them.

I see that Fox Hole has a pre-order for poly bagged F/A-18 pilot figures, painted or unpainted. I ordered a couple.

Re: PTE Recons

Does anyone already have an SU-27 and can give a critique as to it's quality? I have an F-18 and it still sits in the attic as I wasn't very pleased with the quality. My intention is to build it into something else but just haven't gotten to it. I got the SU-27 recently from BBTS. As I expected, it...

Re: BBI announces f-18c

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I feel that this is an expensive release, but I'm getting it anyway. Naturally, there are many other areas of my life that are clamoring for that money. But the thing is, I've been looking online for months for a Hornet, especially the black, Jolly Rogers versi...

Re: BBI announces f-18c

I sold off my S1 Hornet years ago as the sagging gear bugged me. I'm going with the thought that bbi has corrected that now, so I put my pre-order in. $189 is expensive, but way better than the prices I'd been seeing on ebay.

Re: f-104 smoke ii service history?

FIREBALL, before you purchase a Smoke II, I think I have an extra one in my shed, new in box. I can take a look over the weekend, and let you know. Be happy to send to you at no cost if I have it (what more appropirate home could it find, than with you?).

Re: 21280 - Series 2 - MH-6 - Little Bird - U.S. Army - Reco

I have one, gliderdwm - still in the box. Picked it up at TRU when they were released, in what, 2003 or 2004? Looks just like the image in the link. Exact same tooling as the S1 version, just OD paint instead of black.

I'd like to get one when they show up here. Too bad they didn't include a .50 cal in a turret or shield of some sort.

Re: MH-60s Blackhawk and 1/18 Figures arriving on 17th

I still can't help but feel positive about this release. When the S1 version came out (2003?) I bought two. I ended up selling both later on because they were, well, boring. Lack of armament just made them seem dull to me. The new version, though pricey, is much more exciting due to the miniguns. An...

Re: Salvage Yard

I have a damaged and slightly customized 21C F-104 Smoke II packed and ready to go. The damage is that one of the main landing gear snapped in the typical place. The custom aspect is that I painted the nose section (the entire nose piece that snaps on) in flat black. Looks really nice. The broken of...

Re: Merit 1/16 Tanks

I've been tempted to get the T34 since there's not one available in 1/18. So far I have not, partly due to the scale difference but mostly due to lack of opening hatches.
