Re: 1/18 FW TA-183 Huckebein?

I'd be very hapy to upfront the cost for at least one full kit - I might actually end up taking two, but at least one definitely! As far as colors go, it’s probably best to stick with late war Luftwaffe camo - which is actually more complicated than one might think. Standard colors would be RLM 81/8...

Re: 1/18 FW TA-183 Huckebein?

Actually, you should consider that the engine is quite visible in the Ta 183: it sits in between the main gear bays, and there were no plans to blank off the gear bays from the engine compartment (a similar situation exists in the FW 190D and Ta 152, where the median part of the main wheel wells lac...

I'm most definitely in for a full kit at $200! Let me know if you need an advance. Keep up the great work - can't wait to see it finished!

Re: 1/16th scale Cessna A-37B Dragonfly

A couple of days ago, I actually received a reply to my question whether they would consider doing a resin kit: "Dear Peter, I am so sorry because the late replying. Thank you very much for your great idea of this model. I also think about it, and we may do it in future. Anyways, your message is ver...

Re: 1/16th scale Cessna A-37B Dragonfly

Thanks everyone for the welcome! In fact, I was also thinking they could use the wooden model as a master for a resin kit, so I dropped them an e-mail asking if they'd considered this, as it would surely widen their market. Not expecting too much of it, but you never know!

1/16th scale Cessna A-37B Dragonfly

Hi,

I'm new to the board, I became a member when I read about the upcoming 1/18th scale Ta 183. Found this on eBay - thought it might be of interest, for anyone who has $ 2000 to burn:
