Re: What Would you all rather See ?

Very tough call. I really prefer them both equally. Speaking of the F-4 does Admiral Toys ever plan on doing anything further with their prototype? Its practically a complete working model. I believe the landing gears were fixed but who cares at this point. Just sign, seal, deliver.

Re: My Conversation with A Merit Rep Regarding 1/18th Scale

I only check in once in a while so I'm gonna assume when a new 1/18 plane is available someone here will post the info! You better believe it. I appreciate the news! Thank you for posting. I was beginning to wonder if they had tabled the Harrier. Sounds like they are simply increasing the qua...

Re: 1/18 Harrier?

Merit has been pretty quite lately except on their Facebook site. But nothing really on the topic of the Harrier AV-8B II nor the FW-190A-5. Their new forum site hasn't been updated with any new information since late October last year. And to make matters worse no sign of them attending this years ...

Nothing at all. It was all Hitler's fault. jk

Honestly though if Merit plans to use this new site as a staging ground for new information as it comes in then members here may like to know.

Re: 1/6 BACK TO THE FUTURE DeLorean--$689.99

One thing I noticed at the SDCC Hot Toys premiere is this particular DeLorean is from the first film so it doesn't have the more familiar MR. Fusion canister mounted on the back with folding wheels to acquire flight. Could be an easy fix on my part if they never get around to it of course. Will see.

Re: COMIC CON 2014

I think once they have all the parts in and functioning with a thin coat or two of paint and proper markings throughout it will really shine. I'm not sure how many they will produce in limited supply but I plan on getting at least two for now once they are available. I may get another one later afte...

Re: COMIC CON 2014

Since I hang all my aircraft from the ceiling anyway I'm not too worried about the strength of the gears but it will be a nice sight to see them once they are done as unique as they are on this particular aircraft. The details on this model so far of what I have seen are amazing. Quite a bit of movi...

Re: COMIC CON 2014

I noticed that as well but I figure I'll just take a dremel to it if its not fixed so it matches up with the photo below. There is also a few critical features not depicted on the model that are missing as well that I'm sure will be addressed before its release. Paint scheme being the most obvious. ...

Re: COMIC CON 2014

Looks like they still have a lot work ahead of them. Especially if they plan on including working lights on the finished model. Is there any word on when they expect to release it or is that still up in the air? The catalog shown earlier specifies 2014-2015 so I suspect it could take a little while ...

If its really true that everything in 1:18 in terms of aircraft through Merit is literally riding on how well the Harrier sells once released to the public. Then its quite possible to think Merit is holding out on this one on purpose to ensure the end product is near flawless both in model kit and p...

Since there are no pre-orders out from any of the major e-tailers online other then Aiken's I suspect it maybe a few more months or the end of this year before we get them. I'm sure they are working diligently with all their other countless projects going on to evaluate any flaws and production cost...
