Re: Figure painting

Thanks guys! Is there some sort of clear coating I can a apply afterwards that will take away some shine and protect it from scratching off just like the packaged figs?

Figure painting

I wanted to attempt to repaint these 82nd boys:

http://www.sshqdb.com/18/thumbnails.php?album=356 and http://www.sshqdb.com/18/thumbnails.php?album=359
into 101st airborne olive drab/ khaki based on Band o' Bros.

Any basic repainting tutes out there?

Enamel or acrylic?

Re: MG-42 (The gun not member)

Is there anything about the FoV or 21st Century MG-42 that you would like done differently or is it simply an issue of how available they are? It would be easy to offer the one from the Panther II turret as a item by itself (minus the mounting bracket) or even include it with the Lafette Tripod. Ye...

MG-42 (The gun not member)

Will someone make a good detailed MG-42 with bipod? One that we can by in mass and equip our infantry with? We've got the MG-34's from marauders but we really need some 42's.

WTB: 21st Century US and German "D-Day" series infantry

I'm army-building so I need as many as I can afford.
By "D-Day" I mean the figure series' that 21st Century came out with between 2005-08.
I will pay $6-$8 per figure or we can agree on a price for a bundle of figs.

Please PM me.

Thanks for your time,

AJ

Re: 1/18 paper tanks?

They come with instructions right? Are the hatches and tracks static? They're fairly affordable and look so awesome, the stuart looks so cool. Do i need a special knife and glue to assemble them?

That wouldn't be terribly difficult to sculpt/carve your own out of foam.
