Re: WTB 21C 1/18 MIB planes
those are all in the moderately to noticeably hard to find category; not as difficult as the exclusives but not as commonplace as everything else. There's always ebay- 200.00 and up....    . I believe I got all of those previously displayed from other members with the except...

Re: TBF Avenger Prototype
Maybe at the risk of making my usual off the cuff remark, I'll say the following- probably a fair amount of us don't give a rodents posterior about these unpainted prototypes, only existing bent-straight prop this, that or the other ebay find. Whether the avenger sells for 25.00 or 5000.00, the thri...

a couple of weeks back, I was bringing the echo blower back inside downstairs and had to fire up most of the 18th AC on display; I didn't think plastic on plastic could spin that fast

Re: Removing Screw Plugs
Without damaging the plug?... In the distant past I just used a manual pen-sized modeling drill (whatever you call it), and pierced the plug, cocked the drill and plug to one side to remove plug- you end up with a tiny hole you can fill in later if it's really noticeable.

Re: 18 AC display makeover- not too fancy
For stability, I add more 2x4 from side to side inside the base- it weighs it down really good as far as I'm concerned. No earthquake or noticeable tremors around these parts, yet. It seems like the last 3 weeks or so, its' been either 20-40 degrees outside or raining so I've fallen behind on the sp...

Re: 18 AC display makeover- not to fancy
whaddya mean Pickle- I only used the 2x4 for the base borders and to reinforce between the borders for weight- what am I missing? I can cut with a jigsaw, Trace patterns, and turn a philips head screwdriver, but not much else- give me a better idea of what your talking about-

I do like the small footprint factor, obviously- no patents, but I have two young teens and two older German cars so when you get the royalties rolling in think about your XD interior decorator benefactor mikeg

Re: Prices Way Down On E-bay
Yeah, no shiznip- does anyone seriously ever regularly look at 21st on ebay anymore?? I did a couple of nights ago; 150.00 and up for a boxed piston AC, 170.00 for a freaking loose donnie boy P-47, - what the hell?? I occasionally like to buy a loose repaint I ignored in the past, but never off ebay...

Re: For Sale- My 48th 21st AC- all 16 of 'em
fine...I'll post pics-welcome back zoombrowser.. Yeah, I realize no one wants to buy a whole 18 at once- so how 'bout dis- lets consider buying them in like groups- all the mustangs, all three jap planes, et. I still want the same asking price for each- I have the boxes and plywood stands to screw i...

I can do that, but I would need to reinstall my canon zoombrowser program to do so. I removed it to lighten my antique dell dimension 4600 desktops load.

For Sale- My 48th 21st AC- all 16 of 'em
8.00 each loose or reboxed- how about reboxed, I don't need 16 empty boxes laying around and it'd be a terrible thing to throw away 16 perfectly good hard to find 21st boxes......it wouldn't take a ridiculously large box to ship this stuff. Of course, it would be outstanding if there is someone who ...

Re: Pegasus X-1 kit for sale w/correct decals SOLD SOLD SOLD
Well, everything has worked out fine- I haven't decided how to paint the canopy, tape it off or use a sharpie marker, etc. These decals may have been part of the "batch" that some complained about in much earlier posts. They have some shiny streaks in some of them (not to noticeable unless one is qu...

Please make it worth my while to carry to work and box up (how about a few of anything-preferably more :), I"ll consider all offers - I'll accept postal money orders and ship ups regular in US preferably. Once again, make offer- I'll let you know what I think of it  http://i261.photobucket.com...
