Dean......did you use Modelmaster acrylic paint or just the regular paint? Obviously I'm not Dean, however, if this helps, I used Testors Model Master Acrylic Flat Gull Gray (#4763) for my custom job. Type of foam to apply paint is very important!!!

The make-up foam is much softer and less porous that the paint brush foam - which is a key factor in the success of this method. It leaves no trace and looks just like you airbrushed it. I would try the other foam types, but don't count on the same quality of finish.

Thanks so much for posting the pic! This method is so simple!!! The Model Master Flat FS36440 Gull Grey is a dead on match and you can dab out the spots completely or hide them so that just a bit shows through. 3 bucks for the bottle of paint 3 bucks for the bag of sponges post-its - go figure! This is so easy!!! And fun too!!!! Remember that she will look very naked when all the spots are gone. I just stumbled across an incredibly simple way to make all of the spots disappear - "No Fuss - No Muss" - All you need is - one bottle of Model Master FS36440 Flat Gull Grey one pad of post it notes one bag of non-latex, non-toxic foam make-up wedges step 1: Mask off your panel with post-its step 2...
