Re: Caprica Viper Mk I ...I need this in 1/32!

This is from the series Caprica?

I see what you mean RAD, looks like a Sabredog nose, F-4 or F-5 intakes, F-18 tail and inverted wings. Can't id the canopy though

I only have one T33 from them and its still in the box so can only repeat the opinions of others but I say go it Rowsdower unless you are waiting for a particular preferred scheme.

Re: Hobby Master to release a birdcage Corsair.

How wrong I was to think that already having 9 Corsairs in 1/72 which pretty covers a lot of schemes, I would not be so tempted to load up on these in 1/48!

This looks very tempting indeed but will have to see pre-po pics to see how this scheme turns out before deciding.

Here's what I'm thinking with regards to costs increase, Wages. Its not just the tens or hundreds of factory workers that are being paid more. You have to include the supervisors, admin support staff, managers, executives & directors. Their wage increases goes up accordingly and exponentially. You a...

Cjg476, Good to hear you're still busy with 1/72 8) Not surprising about being addicted to 1/72, there is so much good quality choices out there that there seems to endless stuff to collect :D I too collect 1/72 armor and Dragons seems to be the best in balance of quality and price though it has got...

Re: 1:72 Collecting Question

Nice score on the Lanc Dauntless, at great price to boot 8) Its cool that there is the connection with your name. Rhodesia was one of the schemes on my wanted list, like you I only wanted a regular Lanc, with the dambusters a distant alternative. I managed to finally get the Cheshire Lanc a little m...

Re: BBI announces f-18c

I agree with Corey that the $40-80 prices of Walmart seems to be underpriced for these fantastic pieces back then. There is no way around it, the way BBI priced its product, roughly between big retail store and ebay, is gonna piss off somebody. Especially those who just recently bought Golden Dragon...

Re: 1:72 Collecting Question

That price is a little high but I'd probably willing to pay that too for Heavenly Body.

This is the painful pinch in the pocket we have to go thru for starting late in the diecast game, if we're even lucky to find one to buy that is

If all the 3 pieces came from a single figure, they should be from the Forces of Valor Bravo (not Barvo  ) Team, Delta Force Operator CSM Ben Acosta http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-18-US-Army-Delta-Force-Team-Operator-Bravo-Team-Acosta-BBI-GI-Joe-21st-Century-/330699073382?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=...

Just on this board there are at least 3 of us here wanting a Corgi 1/72 B-17
The market is just itching for another release now, bet it sells out too.

Just received my Ixo/Altaya Draken and Tony, they're fantastic and better than being called gap fillers for me 8)

So the Sidewinder release probably isn't the camo/aggressor scheme then but a regular operational hi-vis/low-vis scheme

Re: 1:72 Collecting Question

That is exactly what I have gone thru and I've been selling off other stuff to feed my diecast addiction. When I first started collecting diecast, my plan was to be very focused and get one of each of the most iconic (Spitfire, Mustang, Stuka, etc) planes around in 1/72. That soon became impossible ...
