Re: Un-released 1:18 Prototype Images
#3 seems to be french. He has a FAMAS assault rifle and wears a camo suit as to be seen in Mali. Just the colours and camo flakes don't match exactly. #6 has british desert camo throusers and an english fashion wool sweet-shirt. #4: agree with you grunt1, seems to be german. If it helps... Thank you...

1/18 Diorama: 3 New Scenaries From West Africa
Hi Guys, Before I cut the vegetation in my garden that served for my bivouac in West Africa, I got new ideas. So, hope you enjoy more with my customized BBI soldiers, all fitted with AK 74, AKSU, RPK, RPG, modified chest magazine holders and so on. The first pic remember me the very long march we ha...

If you don't see any image, click on the sensitive part of the Photobucket advertising, it should work. If it's still doesn't work, I don't know what to do. I didn't pay the newest Photobucket bill that allow the sharing of pics. Thank you for telling me other images hosting sites... http://i1238.ph...

Re: JSI Tomcat - Super Detailing???
Nice to see new work on your masterpiece, A-10 Loader.
When I saw the original windshield rain remover, I thougt it could have been with a small and thin brass plate, curved on its both sides. But the resin piece you made is nearly perfect.

Re: 1/18 Home Made Patrol Boat
I found the Chap Mei on eBay. It looks smaller than the PTE PBR. Agree with you ttt, it could make a decent thing. But as a very small fast boat, only two 7.62 MG could be mounted on it (what, a Bofors? ), one front looking but located on the cabin roof and the second one at the aft. Not sure ...

1/18 Home Made Patrol Boat
Hi Guys, Here is my last creation. It started more than 20 years ago with a project of a 1/22th steamer. But the steam machine was too heavy and too high (and my technical skill with small brass pipes too low) so I gave up and resell the steam machine, but could'nt decide to throw the hull away. Fir...

Needing a BBI F-16 or F/A-18 Pilot?
I found this on e-Bay. It's not mine. Wrongly designed as an Army Ranger Air Assault Force Paratrooper figure, but looking close, it's a pilot figure (look at the anti-G trouser). For 12,22$, you have to paint it. I have ordered some item from this seller, never had any problem. Just the shipping ti...

Modern US Soldier Figures from Tieka - Ourwar
Hello Guys, I saw som topics here about these modern figures and decided to buy a bunch of these. Because I didn't want to pay about 50$ as seen on eBay to US sellers, I scrolled down to chinese sellers, and could find the 6 figures as a puzzle for 13,50$ here: http://www.ebay.ch/itm/222446844161?_t...

Re: JSI Tomcat - Super Detailing???
Have an other trick: throw a grenade into a paint bucket. Don't forget to take the pin of and to leave the room quicly, or you'll have your unpainted figure on a wall. It takes 1/100 a second to have your room finished.

Re: JSI Tomcat - Super Detailing???
A10-Loader, take your time. 25 years ago, I started a 1/22 live steam boat, have been stopped by technical problems, bad calculating and low skills. Could never throw the finished hull into fire. 5 years ago, I started to modify it to make an 1/18 patrol boat as inbetween I came to 1/18th stuff. Sti...

Hello Blackblast, I'm leaving in the french part of Switzerland, about 200 Kilometers from Zürich. I'm sorry to have to tell you that I think you'll find no store for 1/18 stuff in Switzerland. Of course, they are many stores where you can find 1/18 die cast cars, but nothing like military (BBI, 21s...

Saw 2 or 3 during the last 2 years, pretty value in the 700-1000$ range on ebay. There are 2 different versions of this RAAF bird and very few produced (250 pieces of each?). A guy from this board has been very lucky with one for 166$ in new zeeland: http://www.warbird-photos.com/gpxd/viewtopic.php?...
