From memory, I don't think the any version 21st Panther came with a MG and mount.
The Tiger's had a clip on MG42 and mount.
The Panzer IV's came with a fixed MG34 and mount.

I am very interested also. The website is not too clear on what is available and what you need to order.
Could you please post here total cost for a full kit.
Also I am in Australia, I hope International sales are available.

I use a large size Paint Brush with soft bristles.
Gently brush all over and it gets in the hard to reach angles.
Wouldn't a vacuum cleaner suck up any loose parts?.
I can imagine emptying a bag of filth on the floor to find a small MG mount
