Hey trigger1, I'm surprised you didn't get any response here to your post, I'm guessing you got some inquiring PMs... In any case, I think a lot of folks who come here would be interested in seeing what you got, did you ever upload any pics to imjur? PS It was yours truly who nabbed the first offeri...

Major Dispatch

FOV has posted more than a dozen pictures of their new Sherman, plus a whole lot of interesting commentary about the business end of their operation, much of it in response to questions from their long suffering but loyal following (yeah, that includes us :) ) ...way too much to summarize here, and ...

The wonders never cease...

A different seller has listed a "1:18 Ultimate Soldier- Unreleased Prototype- SWAT- Resin Figure" along with resin prototypes of early 1/32 21CT figures---at a very reasonable price...scoop 'em up, somebody!!! Again has me wondering how many unseen 21CT products were at least a step further than con...

Yah, TTT's collection qualified as a small museum...this would have been right up his alley...!

And somebody should write a book on the history of 21CT...although I'd probably cry at the ending...

Not worthy of a separate post, but interesting enough, this seller now lists a 21CT prototype 1/6 M3 scout car troop carrier notable mostly in that it's made of wood! https://www.ebay.com/itm/373567793564?hash=item56fa60299c:g:5NwAAOSwUzRgiKm1 Makes me wonder what other unrealized products 21st had ...

Thanks for that alert, jkinzel! Though I'm not super interested in modern Russian figures, it's always interesting to see what new stuff is out there from smaller producers. I did a little searching to try and come up with more info on Prikaz, have you seen these sites? (Prikaz is basically a solo o...

I ran the site through Google Translate (which should be called Google Lost in Translation) and found that the larger 1/18 models are "mainly FRP, some resin, metal, acrylic", but curiously, the smaller scales are typically "mainly wooden, some resin, metal, acrylic"...I wonder how they react to hig...

Well done, tman, the original definitely got a nice makeover... ...just goes to show that Monogram models, although dated, aren't unworkable (you might remember they were certainly better than the Airfix 1/32 models from the same time period whose parts often had an atrocious fit)...I was disappoint...

Take me back to the day....

Yeah, they had faults...but they were glorious, gargantuan, and affordable! And this site is testimony to how influential they were...years after their departure, modellers, figure collectors, and kids of all ages just playing with their toys gather under one roof...how cool is that!
