Great if you want to stand in line for 45 minutes, then require a price check, then have seagulls land on your shoulders since you smell like a landfill.

Oh, good 'ol K-Marche...

I saw all of the Italian fighter planes at a local Walmart yesterday. I did pick up two of the original Walmart "hanging plastic" US M-10 Tank detroyers. I had only seen these items maybe 5 years ago. I have to think Walmart is sending out the last of the warehouse items. Do you mean the M-18? I ha...

Welcome to the forum! I started with 1/72, then 1/32, 1/18, 1/48 and dabble in 1/50 and 1/144. Don' sweat the wife, as long as you do it slowly and love her she will allow multiple scales. Trust me and go for it!

Since this was in development no turret had yet been produced. A weighted 'mock' turret was placed on top of the hull for testing, simulating a real turret.

You really can you know. I suggest moving to 1/48 first to ease into a smaller scale and then go @peshit on 1/72. Think of it as your civic duty to drive the economy. :D

KOF, do you really expect to be pleased when you buy 1/18? I don't expect you to.

Since there was some production photos of the KT posted on this forum sometime ago, I would think the parts are all in place to get them mass produced and out to the e-tailers. I wouldn't think they would go through all that time and expense to just produce a production model and stop completely. W...

Typically injection mold dies can be modified to change the design. My thought is 21C may have run their S1 and then modified the mold to make the two seat version. This takes some time and expense and they may have run plenty of two seat versions and never changed the mold back to the single seat....

Gentlemen, as much as I hate to say it this may be the future of 1/32. Of course five years ago we would have been jumping for joy over the Bravo team releases. If they release the P-39 in plastic I think that would be pretty cool. I have never bought one at the $50 price. That is like 100 MD 1/18 S...

it's a sort of 'win win' situation, i guess. By selling at a loss through MD you raise some operating capital and at the same time save the shipping costs of moving it all to another warehouse (although the shipping would probably only have been a few hundred to move it all). I think the main reaso...

Obviously someone is selling at a loss, and I don't think it is MD. Tman summed up the 21C state of affairs nicely and JJ's statement makes sense as well. Everyone is cutting overhead right now and closing a DC would make sense for 21C. There is a hard cost to concolidating inventory locations and t...
