sort of like me when I bought a "rare limited edition 1/18" Dale Jr Nascar car for $240 at a Nascar store, that my buddy said oh yeah his prices are cheap... a week or so later I saw the same car, new out of a Canadian website for $90.00 The Nascar guy refused to take it back and insisted the web si...

A solution to the road wheel problem would be to use the ones of the Panther. They are pretty simular to the Tiger's rubber rimmed road wheels. Now though , you have a Panther with no road wheels. Not a problem. Some of the last Panther G's produced had steel road wheels like the Tigers. So just sw...

Re: 1:16 Tank
Hi, As for Tamiya and Trumpeter kits, they're kits that you have to build. Anything that's pre-assembled is certainly going to cost more, unless you're talking about simple plastic toys which this isnt. Lightning2000 www.themotorpool.bigstep.com Actually the prices I paid for the tamiya RC KT, Tige...

maybe there is a reason why the King Tiger isn't selling... Tamiya has had different versions of the King Tiger for years now, plus the Tiger 1, plus the M26, plus the Sherman. Granted these are mostly RC, but die hard collectors will detail em up anyway. Trumpter has 4 versions of the 1/16 T-34 Mod...

OHHH MYYY GOD!!!!! MAN OH MAN!! That type of work is off the charts!!! :o When I was in the Marines I did a 6 week school in Oceana VA )1984-85ish) at the navy base and remember seeing the Tomcats fly in fast with the wings swept back and I always thought of alien attack craft swooping in. Just so ...

AM I the first! Just picked up a Avenger! Hah made you look! The closest WM just got in the P-51D Ridge Runner! They still have a few 190's sitting around and have yet to see any F104's F4u's or the tropical Stuka so the P-51 (4 of them are a complete surprise) Makes you HAVE to stop by just to avoi...

Re: BBi Green Zero?
I was wondering is the green Zero an internet only plane? Will it or has it ever been seen at retail stores? Has it been fully released yet? It is not even on BadCat's site. I may have missed an earlier post so I do apologize if this has already been discussed. Todd Try here also: http://www.milita...

Re: Did I miss...
I found a skycaptain p-40 (which I did NOT like)... were they in the same shipment? Thank you I agree, if a company is going to promote a movie or stuff from a movie it had better be real close to the movie vehicle! It wasn't a P-40 B and the most telling is the movie plane had 2 seats... I bought ...

Exactly why everyone get's so upset, the distribution and availablity is so iffy. Not one Walmart/TRU is going to have the same stuff. Forget about the 21C site to buy anything, check out their long list of retailers. My fav's: Consolidated Merchanding, Bad Cat and Military Toyshop for the 1/18 plan...

how accurate is BBI/Elite Force M1 Abrams Tank
saw that a while back at TRU and never did buy it thought it was too big for 1/18... or the 21C were too small? According to a spec sheet, the Tiger 1 has a width of 12 feet with combat tracks and the 21C comes pretty close to 8" wide. I did think the 21C series 1 Sherman was too small, haven't meas...

I had bought many, almost all my 1/18 stuff from Walmart before limited availablity forced me to buy online. My 1 main source online has worked well but lately they seem to be dropping orders and service is failing... So I went shopping and found Bat Cat! They have been great, fast email support and...
