Re: Am I Out of My Mind? -- 1/32 Heinkel 111
Oooh, all in flight. Do you have any trouble with modern kits and trying to modify the landing gear covers to look right when they are closed?

1/32 Me-109E-4 GALLAND
I've got an Ultimate Soldier 32X Me-109 for sale. It is the yellow-nosed Adolf Galland paint scheme, like its larger 1/18 brother. It has politically incorrect decals applied to the tail, and is one of the rarer paint schemes in this scale (and I don't like to use rare lightly, but it took me awhile...

Has any one got any responses or actual product from this Bad Cat sale? I went ahead and ordered something from the website, but haven't received an email receipt or response, and of course they're not answering their phone.

BBI F-4 Phantom wings - are they removeable?
Has anyone taken apart their Phantom and found an easy way to take the wings off? It feels a bit snug when I try to remove them, and of course I don't want to break them in the process. This always seems to happen with the planes that came disassembled in the box (I had this problem with the 1/18 St...

Re: P-47 pilot accessories
Yeah, this was a Donnie Boy razorback in an original issue 21C box, but I have only found the stand for the figure so far, and can't seem to find any other accessories, which should have been with the rest of my surviving 21C stuff. The fact that navy pilots, nor the P-40 pilot, never had parachutes...

P-47 pilot accessories
Can anyone remember if the P-47 pilots came with all of the accessories that the carded P-38 pilot figure had? I'm talking about the parachute, oxygen mask, knife, and holster. I'm putting together all the parts to my 1/18 razorback to go on sale, and I usually have been pretty good about keeping ev...

Re: 1/48 Hobby Master WWII plane opinions?
Thanks for those thorough answers! I think I may just get a Mustang as a sampler, as I'm also disappointed in the Corsair as I wanted the Bunker HIll scheme, but it doesn't even have the rockets. I also kind of wish there were more paint schemes for the spitfire, especially BOB era. I'll keep my eye...

1/48 Hobby Master WWII plane opinions?
For people that own some of these, what are your opinions on the 1/48 offerings? I have the 1/32 Dauntless, and do enjoy the crisp details, and I'm thinking of getting a 1/48 Mustang or Corsair. Just wondering if you think they're worth the premium price, and what you like/dislike about some of the ...

Re: oxford diecast info and discussion
Hey Epap, sorry to deviate about the Flying TIgers P-40E, but are there any pictures out there showing them in Chinese markings? I'd like to make or get a P-40E that looks like the old 1/32 Revell box art, but have never seen proof of that combination of E model and FT markings. I know a lot of toys...

That is so disappointing. I was waiting for a better paint scheme, but at this point I think I'm shifting over to 1/48 scale so I am going to hold off.

1/18 ROC wing decals for Flying Tigers Warhawk for sale - $1
I found some decals for the 1/18 P-40 that I'm selling for a buck (to cover postage). Can't remember who created them, but they include two lighter, faded blue Republic of China decals for the upper surfaces. They look a tiny bit jagged from the computer printing and pixellation, but you have to loo...

Re: JSI/Merit BF-109E "Galland" Has Arrived - Here's a Revie
They really need to sell those canopies separately so we can upgrade our existing planes, since I doubt they'll be getting around to all those paint schemes themselves. I even wrote to them asking about it, but they never responded to my suggestion...

Re: Ultimate Soldier 1/48 database?
Thanks, both of you. I remember seeing the Tonys in the stores and them having questionable paint, but the Hellcats looked promising, and I like the extra pieces to modify them. Are they using the same kind of plastic as the 1/32 models, or are they a bit more delicate? And do the wheels roll indepe...
