I know about sanding balsa it is almost impossible to hide the grain. Plus it takes forever to cover. Especially the fuse. My Horten is balsa covered. I am going to cover it with thin styrene. Silkspan or really thin balsa would work. Search the rc groups board for Guillows electric conversions under the scale electric section. You will want to use foam safe ca glue for assembling foamies. Tower carries a few different types.

I bought an FW-190 from tmanthegreat and the plane arrived just as described. I am always happy to deal with tmanthegreat, he never disappoints.

I only do planes so here is my list of favorites. They may change a bit over time, but these four are the strongest in my opinion.

1. 21st P-39 Airacobra. (Oh that's right, nobody has a set large enough to step up and make one.)

For sale, new in box, 1/32 scale 21st Century BF-109F yellow 6. Listed as a S4 Russian Front January 1942 paint scheme. Overall white winter wash with a yellow cowling and a yellow 6 and band on fuselage. Asking $30 shipped within the lower 48.

Just wanted to publicly thank Folkwulfe for the 190 parts he sent me. I had a 1/18 Black 12 190 without stabilizers and he sent me a pair without charging me. I can't say enough about how awesome that is. Thanks again Folkwulfe.
