Re: July new items from Battleground - Long post
Hello Grunt The part of the barrel that extends beyond the sight looks larger in your K98 than it is on your picture. Yes, it's really clear now that i see your photo comparison. This is an easy fix. Note the rod has to be a bit larger than scale to survive handling. https://i.imgur.com/QzxgGxD.png...

Re: July new items from Battleground - Long post
Hello Grunt Using your same image to compare both, this is what I meant https://i.imgur.com/wQnLBFA.jpg Probably it's just the picture and the poor resolution of my monitor but this is what I see: The part of the barrel that extends beyond the sight looks larger in your K98 than it is on your pictur...

All of your items looks great Grunt1
I Just have a question on your 1/18 Kar 98K rifle.
The tip of the barrel, to me it looks kind of long after the front sight and so does the cleaning rod below.
Is it just me or is just a variation of the rifle?

Aracula, Why not try the Stug III?
The chassis of the Panzer III will be useful for morre options, make a poll and see what happens.
Just saying.

Re: Hummel 1/18 or Nashorn 1/18
I went with the Hummel but like Crazy Kraut, I'd go with either Nashorn or Hummel and the Dicker Max is also a good choice. Any of those would be great but on top of all 1/18 tanks that have not been built yet, I would prefer the Stug III. Aracula said once he was considering built the Panzer III c...

Re: SSHQ 1/18 Photo Data Base?
Grunt, I would say only a couple of figures from 21st Century Toys Ultimate Soldier are missing, the guys named Ulrich Shenker and Kurt Schroeder that came up late on the very last days. And the Panther tank in sand color that showed up on Ebay after 21st Century went belly up. Actually the Kurt Sch...

Re: 1/18th Scale Kublewagon Cover
Thanks! I did try pulling the folded cover up first, but mine was in tight, so I unscrewed the vehicle and tapped it out with a screwdriver. What I really like about Picklehaube’s piece is that the Kubelwagen model doesn’t need any significant modifications to install the it... If I want to, I can ...

Tman, that looks awesome! Thanks for sharing!
I didn't need to unscrew the chassis on mine, the job was done just by pulling the folder cover up with my hand.

Re: how to repair broken avenger folding wing
Dannyc: Am curious as to why in your post about the broken avenger you brought my user name into it. The way you have worded it makes it sound like I sold you a broken airplane. When I sold you this airplane it was in perfect, loose condition. The wings worked fine. Over two years have passed since...
