Thanks, I searched using Aneger and Okinawa but did not find much in the way of reference photos. My Dad was a radio/radar operator on an Avenger at Okinawa. He was real clear on the bombs and rockets vs torpedo. But was not sure about the colors or insigna. He remembered dark gray unless weathering...

Where can i get some good reference photos/info for a ground attack Avenger (bomb and rocket equipped rather than torpedo) from okinawa era

Found the new AK guy at the Stony Brook TRU, great looking fig...no Dusty D'amato, though...also found new small scale McFarlane modern figs, see my post in 1/32 scale forum if interested...PS if it's true McF has ruled out ever doing 1/18 figs, well, that's just a crying shame... :cry: TRU here ha...

Does anyone know if the Corgi 1/64 (Tactical Strike) are true to scale. I saw an Abrams and Bradley at Tuesday Morning and they look pretty close to the FOV 1/72 sizewise. Has anyone done a side by side comparison?

I have a couple books by Squadron on Naval colors and markings and I am sure one has the carrier symbols

Bought from smalljoes once and will do it again, probably in the next week or two

I picked up extra 1/48 Tony (green/silver). Would like to trade for 1/48 P-51B "BEE", 109G white 11, or all green tony (if it's out)

Just like alot of other things - If only I had the foresight to pickup several when WM had them on clearance

The A6M2 with V103 is the only Zero that showed around here. There was not a Series noted on the box.

Finally found this Tony at TRU while on a short road trip to Warren OH. Has the all green Tony been spotted.

I have only seen them at TRU so far

One Walmart near me had 2 Dogfight 2 packs with 2 Macchi and No Stukas. Same WM also had a Dogfight 2 pack with 2 Me 262 and no P-51.
These will sit forever and block any new stock

Did the Avengers ever show up at TRU?

I probably won't see any new 1/32 aircraft at WM until the last 2 P-51B/C Princess are gone

Are the Classic Toys Armour in kit form or preassembled? Do you know what kind of plastic? There are a couple I saw that were of interest

Found 2 shark mouth British P-51D at TRU. Bought one and the other had alot of something on the prop so I left it

I have seen a 1/48 shangrila on e-bay but that is the only place. Maybe a listing error?

Since my WM are loaded with P-40s and TRU with 109Ks I could use some help getting these
