Thanks for the info.

Does Joepilot.com ever have special sales, discounts, etc.?
If so, when?

Thanks again.

OLIFANT:

Thanks. I agree the Panzer is gross looking.
The Sherman comes with a crewman when sold individually.
It's one of my options since I'm no longer considering the FOV 1/18 Sherman.

21st 1/32 Sherman, Panzer Duo Pack?

Is the 21st Century 1/32 Sherman/Panzer Mk IV duo pack available at ToysRUs or Wal-Mart?

If so, what is the selling price(s)?

I CAN'T WAIT for BBI's F-15C, F-22, F-14D, SR-71...but it looks like I have to.

I would like to see more 1/32 modern jets to follow BBI's F-4J Phantom II.

My ultimate F-4 wish is that BBI would release a 1/32 Steve Ritchie F-4D---it would be smaller and less costly.

But I doubt that wish will come true. If 21st Century is the only Ritchie F-4D available, I'll find the room and budget for it.

I used to own a Monogram 1/48 Hellcat, Dauntless and Avenger. The Avenger was the only one with folding wings---and it ruined the model.

I regretfully passed on the BBI Hellcat because of the potential wing problem.

Does it have folding wings?
Does it have folding wings that work?
Does it have folding wings that droop?
Does it have folding wings that are hard to attach?

JESSE JAMES: FOV could've done a better job with their 1/18 Tiger I by using the same paint scheme that was shown on the Tiger I photo on the Abrams box---green/brown/sand with weathering---instead of the awful sand/brick. The FOV Abrams-NATO looks toyish, but the Abrams-desert with weathering looks...

GENREAL BLASTO: Yes there are a lot of Shermans out there, but they're not what I'm looking for. I don't want a Firefly, a US Sherman with a 105mm or long-barrel 76mm, no hedgerow clippers, no mine flailing chains, etc. All I want is an 1/18 Sherman with a 75mm, weathering and maybe a crewman. The c...

I agree.

I've said this before, but I would love to see a new 1/18 or 1/32 Sherman and Tiger I to compete with FOV's.

Thanks for the replies. I asked the question because I'm weary of looking for the FOV 1/18 Sherman with a good price of $18 but has less detail and no crewman compared to the competitors' Shermans. I'd skip the FOV Sherman and wait for a more expensive Sherman with a 75mm from 21st Century if it loo...

If 21st comes out with a new Sherman, based on their past history, do you think it will it be a repaint (1/18 or 1/32) or an entirely new mold?

21st Century 1/18 or 1/32 Sherman, TigerI?

For veteran 21st Century collectors:

With 21st Century's new 1/18 Panther repaint and lots of all-new 1/32 German vehicles, what are the chances of all-new or repaints of 1/18 or 1/32 Sherman and Tiger I?
