Just out of curiousity, checked the bid histories, Seems that the buyer which won the 1st ZPA Dec 3, just barely lost out on the second ending Dec 6 but won the 3rd ZPA Dec 7, for less $ then the first 2 He went for the DWK too but lost out by a margin Seems that the NKKs value is the only one not ...

RC COmmand seems to really have hit a rough patch. I was just reading a thread on them, and I guess they're not real reliable right now. That's disappointing as they're the only ones with a decent deal on the P3 I see (upgraded gears/smoke & sound $93). I'm really hesitant to order anything though ...

I never ordered from their website, but they do have an Ebay store, so you may want to check their feedback and whatnot.

I thought I'd get a stock HL Tiger and play with it....nope.... Three weeks later and I have metal sprockets and idlers, photo-etched intake grills, metal track links and hangers, S&T productions resin Panzer Commander, new smoke unit, new airbrush and compressor, and a ton of new paint, tools, acc...

If you want a Panzer III, then please tell whoever's gonna buy it for you to make sure buy the Heng Long "Smoke and Sound" Panzer III. If they're feeling generous, also ask for the steel gears and tracks. :) The plastic tracks are good enough, but if you're gonna drive around the backyard, metal tra...

I was going to make a comment about how inaccurate this model is due to the fact that no Panzer IV ausf. H/J saw combat in North Africa, I chose to instead appreciate the painting and weathering skills of this modeler, and not to be a wet blanket because I know we can't all be super-duper customizer...

http://www.gosfordhobbies.com.au/shop/images/P/A12204_box-09.jpg Looks like a barrel change and reactive armor panneling mainly, but I'm sure the rivet counters, could name a lot more differnces. You might as well make a completely different tank, since there's so many difference between and M48A3 ...

Again, i posted the reference he cited, that is all i can do. If he is right or wrong, whatever to me, but he seems fairly certain that this is what is represented in whatever picture he is viewing. I would be interested in seeing the picture. It's a very expensive book. I have that book and ...

Ambush pattern on Tiger I is inaccurate. You can speculate all you want, but the fact is that the Germans stopped production of Tiger Is before they introduced the "ambush" camo schemes. And no, the crews couldn't have possibly applied the "spots" on the field. they didn't even have time to repair t...

What's truly funny about this whole thing is that some of the people here who's laughing at this guy's custom have plenty of laughable customs too. And then there are some who doesn't even try to paint or do any kind of mod on their stuff, yet laugh at other's skills. You all know who you are. At le...

Its a matter of time before we see them here in the US, 5 years or less and much cheaper, due to a higher production volume. One thing I found out in the past few years is that many model companies are looking at doing exclusive metal kits in teh 1/15 and 1/16th range. Sadly, probably not. Japan is...
