Just out of curiousity, checked the bid histories, Seems that the buyer which won the 1st ZPA Dec 3, just barely lost out on the second ending Dec 6 but won the 3rd ZPA Dec 7, for less $ then the first 2 He went for the DWK too but lost out by a margin Seems that the NKKs value is the only one not ...

Jesse James wrote:Is there a general ballpark on shipping from Matorro? They seemed to be pricey from what I recall reading at some point, coming from Canada.

I'm all for ordering from them actually other than that shipping punching me in the nuts.
The shipping is $28.00 to Oregon.

RC COmmand seems to really have hit a rough patch. I was just reading a thread on them, and I guess they're not real reliable right now. That's disappointing as they're the only ones with a decent deal on the P3 I see (upgraded gears/smoke & sound $93). I'm really hesitant to order anything though ...

Your best bet is to just look for screencaps of Blackhawk down, since there are very few photos of that unit. There's some photos in the book, but mostly of individual personnel, and not their vehicles.

I never ordered from their website, but they do have an Ebay store, so you may want to check their feedback and whatnot.

If you want a Panzer III, then please tell whoever's gonna buy it for you to make sure buy the Heng Long "Smoke and Sound" Panzer III. If they're feeling generous, also ask for the steel gears and tracks. :) The plastic tracks are good enough, but if you're gonna drive around the backyard, metal tra...

I can see it. Looks great!

And man, I remember that Wolf 1/6 grenadier figure. It's such a great figure. Beats whatever 21st was producing in 1/6th scale way back when.

I was going to make a comment about how inaccurate this model is due to the fact that no Panzer IV ausf. H/J saw combat in North Africa, I chose to instead appreciate the painting and weathering skills of this modeler, and not to be a wet blanket because I know we can't all be super-duper customizer...

They're kinda expensive, at $90-$110.00 But if you fancy doing some backyard tank battles, it's worth the money, IMHO.

God no, don't rub it with an eraser. Where did you read that? You'll simply rub the actual decal off, or fraying it to uselessness.

Ambush pattern on Tiger I is inaccurate. You can speculate all you want, but the fact is that the Germans stopped production of Tiger Is before they introduced the "ambush" camo schemes. And no, the crews couldn't have possibly applied the "spots" on the field. they didn't even have time to repair t...

Its a matter of time before we see them here in the US, 5 years or less and much cheaper, due to a higher production volume. One thing I found out in the past few years is that many model companies are looking at doing exclusive metal kits in teh 1/15 and 1/16th range. Sadly, probably not. Japan is...
