Thanks tman.
I still have the 2nd set of crew men to build. I might get the Dragon/Trumpeter kit with carrier next year to build another one in gray scheme. Also the panzer IV loader for the gun is also another option...

Re: War Park---Metal Figures and Armor, New on the Scene?
Very nice 1/30 tank and figures tman.
I started out collecting this scale 14 years ago when price was lower compare to now. Today I only buy figures which I really really like ( no armors). I don't have any War Park figures and tanks but they look decent for a reasonable cost compare to K&C.

Re: Dust off the Tom Cat
Thanks guys. tman, the diecast F14 is indeed from FoV I was able to get from my local hobby store. I only have two diecast from FoV, the 2nd one is Miss Molly scheme. They both are excellent for good price. Agree about the cons of JSI Tom Cat. I have them both display on acrylic stand to protect the...

Looking very nice. I built the same kit few years ago. I do not remember how much weight I used. I filled up all the empty space I could find in the cockpit and both engines with lead

very very nice Apollo collection tman. I like it. I am waiting for the re-release kit from Dragon 1/72 "Lunar Approach" coming out this summer August/Sep to complete my very small Apollo collection. Re: No more 1/18 Planes?
tman,
I love your dioramas of JJD planes & figures. They are excellent models. TG & K&C planes are way over price and don't look good since they have less detail and inferior painting compare to JJD's imo.

Re: WTB:F-16 Enduring Freedom (NIB)
These jets are getting harder to find and very expensive when in new condition. Last week a F14 JR got sold for > $1000 after 16 bids. I don't believe it sold, the reserve was not met. He said if he didn't get what he wanted for it he would try again around Christmas time. Good luck with that. He a...

I don't have any more room for 1/18 planes so I am fine with that . Plus I have all the 1/18 planes that I wanted especially both the F14 models ....so no complain from me...
