I would also be interested in some of these acrylic display stands. I think that the best idea would be for you to do a specific stand, for a specific plane. A P-51 stand.A P-38 stand. An F-18 stand, etc. That way you could have mounting points that are not in the way of drop tanks, etc. This would be th...

That is a little dissapointing.I have all the P-38's,except for Haleakala?,and California Cutie.

Any hints on how to avoid the ones with QC issues,or is it really hit and miss?

Shame to spend that amount of money, and get stuck with a lemon.

Would be good for the hobby if they were somewhat available through your local hobby store. That would be good for enthusiast exposure, and this would probably bring new members into this scale. It would still be exclusive, but would not have to rely on strictly internet sales.Save on shipping too. Ma...

Very impressive.

I wish I had the room to do that!

Particularly like how you are able to hang 4 or 5 aircraft from one hanging point.Real space saver.

Well done :D

Well Pickel and Corey,
I might be interested in a Snowbirds Tutor myself.

I would assume that this would lessen the cost?

I will see them at Abbotsford in a month.

Happy Canada Day

There are continuing rumours that the Snowbirds might fall prey to the budget axe. The are old, were recently grounded due to problems with their ejection seats, and need to be replaced. They fly a 9 plane formation, and put on an impressive, and graceful display. Are flying today at the nations capitol,...

Welcome aboard la817291. Surprised that you jumped in on this forum. You must know what you want. I ordered a second one of these from MT,as it was priced so low.$150. These models are quite unique, and rare. Never mind the fact that it is a 1:32 scale F-14 Tomcat! :D I would suggest that if you want...

Canada Post seems to be so expensive, that I have seen Ebay "power sellers",go to the US to ship! Anything over 2kg[5 pounds] is ridiculously expensive,to ship internationally. Most expensive country to have your models sent to

Being in Canada I pay more for shipping than my friends in the US. Add to that,Customs, and "brokerage fees" by UPS,and Fedex.USPS is the best option for me. I know personally that shipping from Britain can be very expensive. The members in Australia, and New Zealand should have lots to say on this. S...
