Re: New BBI online store coming soon.
i don't see this as being great news in itself. The good news in this is that BBI is clearly becoming more interested in 1/18, which may lead to an increasing flow of new product from them. Their store prices will be high, as they won't want to compete with their online etailers and shipping costs ...

Re: Has anyone purchased one of these? F-16 ejection seat
i got myself both the ejection seat and the pilot before the seller sold it as a discounted set. should've seen it coming when he was going to sell it cheaper. they are both really meticulously painted, though I still think bbi stuff was good. i really think the pilot was probably worth getting. unf...

Re: new planes i could see BBI making
f18 is going to be 2012's bundle, i just know it.
seeing that they have a compiled wishlist on their facebook page, wouldn't they be making things based on popular requests? obviously, they wouldn't be making models that are in low demand.

Re: question about price
just went onto aviatornut's site and saw they are selling it for 99.88.
on ebay, it's $89.99 with $20 shipping. And that's the cheapest I've seen so far
here's the url:

WWII online stores
Does anyone know any great (and maybe reasonably priced) online stores that have a wide variety of WWII birds in-stock? I'm not looking for any particular plane just yet.

Re: 1/18 160th Nightstalker helicopter
although bbi set their heli price very high, i noticed that the retailers are getting competitive on the prices. badcat may be offering 169.99, but i found a online store called booming island offering 139.99 last month. it's too bad that they slowly raising their pre-order pricing by $10 each month.

Re: FE- FORM HOBBIES F-16 pilot and ejection seat for bbi
i finally caved- in and bought the pilot and the ejection seat. they fit perfectly in my f16 and both are very well made. before, i was kinda worried that the seat might not fit. i don't regret it. here are some of my own pics. https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-B1xBneYK5Fk/ToZHKuETM2I/AAAAAAAAAAo/J...

a friend of mine already got his and it's flawless like MG said. i really like how bbi design their new boxes, lately. it's pretty slick.
i'm not much into wwII models, but this plane is getting to me. argh, must resist the temptation!

f16 ejection seat
I found this F16 pilot and ejection seat on ebay. Apparently it's made from a manufacture called Form Hobbies. The seller told me that the seat should fit perfect for my newest F16 Enduring Freedom from bbi. I never really heard much about this manufacturer, so i'm wondering if anyone got their hand...

Re: Poll: the future of 1/18 and prices
i'm new to the hobby and so the latest price from bbi doesn't seem to be a shocker to me. but after reading everyone's posts on what prices were like back then, i'm like wow and i wish that i gotten into this long time ago. i guess the reason for these prices is that it's just the sign of the times.
