Re: NEW FORCES of VALOR 2013 PREDICTIONS

What I think is missing from the FoV collection is an Afrikakorps tank - a Panzer III, Tiger that a few of you mentioned, or even a PAK 40. There's been a few British 8th Army items but very limited when it comes to the N. Africa campaign.

I want to start posting photographed too, but I can't figure out how?
Whats the trick.
Take a look at some of my other photographs. Most are taken from the front. Really no trick; just find a nice background and experiment with some shots.

1/32 Afrikakorps Diorama: Road to Tobruk

Hi all - Over the past several weeks, I've been building a little desktop Afrikakorps diorama. While I have both US and German infantry, the majority of these shots involve DAK. I'm still expanding my US and British troops to mount a formidable allied offensive. In any case, here's some images of th...

Re: FOV releases: December 2012

Great - thanks for the info. I was worried that I may have missed them or that FoV decided not to release.
I'm looking forward to the 105 and pulling it with a US Dodge truck.

Hi all-

I've been checking around for the re-release of the 105/howitzer. Has anyone seen it around? Still not listed on FoV official site.

Re: 1/32 Ultimate Soldier & Forces of Valor Scene in Berlin

Thanks all for the feedback. These vehicles and scenes are part of a larger diorama - more along the French countryside with farm house, bridge, and small river. I had taken a few vehicles out of the scene to photograph them in a more city-like setting. Stumbled upon the Berlin picture above. Got a ...

Well done HP - now there's a winter storm. I couldn't imagine an army getting far in this sort of weather. Great idea to take advantage of the weather to photograph your tanks.

1/32 Ultimate Soldier & Forces of Valor Scene in Berlin

Hi All, Merry Christmas & Holiday Greetings from the Western US. I thought I'd share some images of my 1/32 scale Ultimate Soldier/21st Century and Forces of Valor (FoV) collection pictured with a Berlin backdrop. Here's a picture of the one I made from Pickelhaube's kit: Thanks Tman. Now there's an awesome bike! I had considered using the Indy German motorcycle but honestly did not want to start modding/painting as I like the original. That kit looks great though and I really like the color. The figures are...

Re: GI Joe Secret of the Mummy's Tomb

I had the original set. Always thought it funny how small they made the sarcophagus. Always wondered that myself (since the 70s). They made a reissue with a nicely detailed sarcophagus. Unfortunately, I think it was the same height - mini mummy I suppose. Interesting. didn't know they made Jo...

1/18 Afrikakorps Zundapp

Hi all- A few weeks ago, I broke out a Power Team Elite (PTE) motorcycle with sidecar thinking, this would make a nice Afrikakorps zundapp. Attaching a fuel tank and replacing the machine gun, I came up with this: http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8065/8217044517_838acb2a38_z.jpg I then decided I would ...

Looks like Chuck Norris Thanks N. I never made that connection but he does look a bit like Chuck. He's classic Joe - just missing the life-like chia pet hair. Is this a custom?? Thanks P. GI Joe Secret of the Mummy's Tomb

1/32 scale Joe arrives at a small dig site not far from the base of the great pyramids. Thanks for the feedback, but these aren't really mods or customs - just various shots of Ultimate Soldier/FOV figs and vehicles. I suppose the scenes are customs (combinations of items).

Re: Dragon 1/35 Panther G w/Zimmerit - Value Plus Series (61

It's really unfortunate that all of these companies make different scales. I prefer 1:32 from Ultimate Soldier. I completely undertand what you're saying. I recently picked up a FOV Hanomag and while the vehicle is a nice comparison to Ultimate Soldier in terms of size, the figures are most visibly ...

I like both -

In comparison to BMC, I actually like the smaller size. There's something a little more compact/tight about them.

As a big fan of classic Britain Deetails, this listing is not worth 1/10th of the price - at least in my opinion. I wish the seller good luck in selling.
