Still waiting for a Higgins Boat.It wouldn't be a box much bigger than any 1:18 aircraft or the hanomags,so I can't see the price being over $30.BRING IT ON!!

Those figs are hard to find these days.Nobody wants to part with them since they were the only decent NVA figs put out.

I noticed the same thing at 2 of my local WM's.All the 1:18 jets and planes were pushed to an end cap near the lawn and garden supplies. They were set up to face the back wall (can't imagine why they won't sell) :? The Mustangs were on clearance..marked down to $37 from the original price of $39 :(

Dusty Trail figures in the future??

I was able to find some of the 1:18 WWII figures that this company put out. They are listed as 4" figures so I wasn't sure how they would match up to the 1:18 figs that I have.I ordered them online (since the price was decent)without actually seeing them, and I'm very impressed. They are a perfect size...

1:18 Higgins boat??

Lindberg models had a 1:32 D-Day model kit that included a crew and soldiers.I would love to see something like that in 1:18.Maybe a driver and some gear..or some beach obstacles.

The headsculpt of the BBI Ranger is one of my least favorites among the BBI WWII figs
Agreed.I thought the beard would help take away that dopey smirk they gave this fig.I also tried a light wash on his left hand which you can see in the bottom pic.

Weathered GI

Hey guys.Just hoping to get some feedback here.I decided to do a little custom work on a 1:18 BBI fig. I did several washes over the original hair to darken it up,and used a #2 brush to try to get the look of the beard correct. I used to paint a lot of 1:32 figures and just started getting into 1:18...

I love the new releases. My only complaint is with the Otto Wilndorff figure. He actually has his mouth open, but they just wiped flesh colors over it so you can hardly tell. The hardened "snarl" that the S1 figure had really added character.Guess it's time to break out the brushes. :?

A question for Plane/jet/heli collectors.

I have always been more of an infantry and ground vehicle nut.I have a ton of respect and love for the war in the sky,but never had much desire to collect or paint them.I was just wondering what you guys do with the stuff you collect.Do you keep the planes mostly boxed,or do you display them.I had a...

1:18 german heavy MG?

Were any of the 1:18 german figures released with an MG42 or MG34? Such a vital part of the German arsenal, but I can't seem to find any in 1:18.
