Re: FOV releases: January 2013

THAT would be a DREAM come true!!!!
I have a 1/35 kit of that landing craft, BUT a 1:32 would be too good to be true!

Re: Need New Product Ideas. (Diecast)

"Whats this?" Helicopter Pilot? It's called a telephone number, for those of us who are not terrified by an actual human voice. If this guy is indeed real, I would love to strike up a telephone conversation with him about his plans and possible strategies. I think the monthly by mail tank club, is a...

All the MOST important, 1:32 WWII tanks and vehicles that have NOT been done yet in that scale. Maybe, whenever possible, TANK INTERIORS. Soviet, British, Italian, Japanese and French are pretty much untouched subjects. Like TIME LIFE BOOKS, EVERY NEW die-cast release is mailed to your home every mo...

Re: FOV releases: December 2012

I must say, I am very happy that they have re-released the HOWITZER, I always wanted one.

With that said, a slightly WINTERIZED version with a crew wearing GREATCOATS would have been nice.
Even the ones who already owned one, would buy it again.

Re: Finally got one.

The release of Pre-built WWII models have been slow and uninspiring for about 4 years now, since the demise of 21st Cent. Toys. The lack of activity forced me to start building 1:32 tank, aircraft and figure kits. I must admit, my collection has never been more exciting! To our great fortune, 1:32 a...

That truck is old news and it is the good one. It also had enjoyed numerous successful variants. Their second U.S. truck on the other hand (1.5 tonne) was the real disappointment. Whoever makes the subject decisions for that company, needs to be FIRED immediately!! Direct orders from, The PLASTIC GE...

Re: Fallschirmjager Pak 38

BTW, I collect uniforms too, but I'm not a re-enactor, your para. outfit is great. If you like figure kits, one of the best ones out there, is the 1/35 Germ. Ski Troops. and strangely enough, Dragon accidentally did them pretty much in 1:32. I recommend buying 2 boxes and cross-pollinating the poses...

Re: Fallschirmjager Pak 38

Very cool! I love putting together these 1:35 figure kits, because they always tackle the more exotic uniforms. Eastern front winter Germ. Para. Troopers! WoW! BUT I never follow the instructions, I always make sure I custom them into reliable battle poses. Besides they mix in with a lot of 1:32, qu...

I have never seen or heard of that. But you never know, perhaps 21st released a few, then went under? Would you be willing to post a photo of your ME 262 with a nose cannon.
What if?? ThankX

Re: Finally got one.

I have that one too, but I painted over the dome and added the MG's, to make it the cooler fighter version. I pretty much have all of the 1:32 WWII aircraft by Revell. The ONLY ONE left in that collection that I don't have, is the ME-262 with the giant cannon on it's nose. Wait till I post my B-25 p...

I think that there are actually, 4 MORE poses to this set. Another variant of the grenade thrower for sure and a guy firing a pistol. Someone should re-issue them all in regular plastic.

Re: FOV Stummel!!!

I am sure, that we are all aware that the SS used regular uniforms. BUT wouldn't it have been 10 times better, if they used the same amount of energy to put the figures in camo smocks? In the end, it would be a much nicer product. Just another small example how even when FOV. gets it right, they STI...

The BMC Play-sets are only good for odds and ends. Like the US landing crafts and the Germ. AA guns. Their Pacific playset had great figures, but slightly over sized. The US Tracked landing craft is much needed, but again over-sized. To be continued.......with lots to say BAD & GOOD about CTS. Sorry...
