I've recently gotten into a huge FJ kick. I only have the original set, plus a few customs.
I really wish I'd bought more, back in the day.

Instead of flaming your diorama, PlasticFantic, I'm going to say: "Great work!"

I've spent the better part of an hour, checking out every detail of both of your currently posted dios.

Very nice *thumbs up* 8)

Now, as far as that model being the Tamiya 1/35 model? I can kinda see where they're coming from...I mean, the paint scheme and patterns are IDENTICAL. <img src="http://...

I don't see any hatches blocked off in any of those pictures. That's because there aren't any blocked hatches. What he is seeing, is the lid to the turrets rear hatch, through both openings. It's a straight shot through, view wise, and it just kinda looks like there's something inside the top hatch...

Well, this is amazing.

Give us some Russians, some Brits, and some German Paras (with matching camo patterns) and I'll die happy.

It's probably the KT. Considering that it's the default picture they currently have uploaded, under their "Armor" section.

I was totally in the dark about that armor poll. I know it's over, but I still cast my vote.

I voted for the Stuart, so I'm happy about the outcome.

That's one kit I'll definitely take part in.

It's kind of a shame that the first thing our new member sees, are half joking threats of violence towards him.

Even considering who he represents.

NEEDED: Reference photos WWII U.S. Radio man (Western Theat)

Hey guys. I'm in the process of customizing a 1/18 U.S. Infantryman with a Radio pack. I just need some reference shots, if anyone knows of any. I'd just like an idea of how they stand with them, how they look wearing them, perhaps the most commonly issued weapons/gear for those troops. This fellow ...

I would kick a hobo for some WWII British gear/equipment, and a decent Lee Enfield.

That seems like it might be a bit more difficult of a task, though.

Recently completed a great transaction with Fritz. Purchased a requested "Panzer Ace."

Just like on Ebay, we had solid communication and the transaction was super smooth.

Thanks for the pleasant buy, Fritz.

M3 Grease Gun ammo pouches.

What style of pouches were most commonly used by U.S. infantry, during WWII?

I've seen two kinds so far: a smaller bag, sorta like Thompson ammo bags; and, the three pouch bags.

I don't see how they could be customs, if they have the Hasbro cards with them; and, with listed release dates. Also, whoever is saying that the figures being kitbashed is a sign they're fake, must have had no experience with either the Star Wars OR more importantly, the new G.I. Joe line. Many of t...

It's weird, because the newest 21st figures had 18 points of articulation...unless you don't count the neck swivel, or something.

I wonder where 17 came from?

Man...I hated those first series figures when they were new. Just awful. Honestly, the LAST series of figures were the best...if only for the flat finish they all had. Some of the best "customs" I have made, have been from these newest figures. The fact that JSI is using so many old molds, makes me ...
