Re: WW1 1/48 collection
Thanks tman & grockwood. I've started building kits with WW2 models & jets, and I've recently fallen in love with WW1 bi-planes :D .. I really like Eduard WW1 1/48 kits as they are excellent kits and reasonable priced. So below is my newest purchased (still waiting for its arrival) https://i.imgur.c...

I would say it's quite rare now compare to the regular 262 day version. You don't see it in ebay very often. I was lucky to get one from a member here for decent price but cost me a lot for shipping to Canada

Re: WW1 1/48 collection
Thank you. tman, Yes I feel the same ww1 planes depending on the kit are a bit more difficult to build than ww2 and modern planes in same scale. The rigging is tricky and is taking time and patience to do it correctly ( and also try to maintain your sanity after that :D ); But I love these guys as t...

Re: The Thing-repaint question
I would echo what normandy said , I prefer to use Vallejo for brush painting as I find it thicker and work better with brush than Tamiya (Vallejo for brush not for airbrush as they make both versions).

Re: WTB:JSI Black Knights F-14
Good luck; But it's going to be very expensive
Last week a Jolly Rogers got sold for ~$1500 after 32 bids or so on evil bay. BK is normally going for a bit more.

Dragon Huey 1/35
Just finished another Huey for my Vietnam collection. I made some mistakes adding additional parts depicting a later version of the Huey i.e bent front antenna, tail wire cutters...etc..other than that it's a very good kit if you want to build it for your collection https://i.imgur.com/fZMsgdc.jpg h...

Re: Canopy Masks
I've used it on the Avenger build and it looks like it's making by the same company. You will not be disappointed as the masks fit perfectly. You do need to use/wear magnifier glass when doing it, and lot of patience ; But the final result will be all worth it.
