[I just sent my horror/sob story to Merit (since you had success). Hopefully I'll get at least new gear out of it (this time both better have the metal rod in them). I also had the broken radar dish mount upon arrival, but that's less important to me. Their response will go a long way towards influe...

Coreyeagle48

Just made a trade with Corey. He is great to work with and quick to respond. You can't go wrong making a trade with Corey. He is honest and tells you any information that you need to know and also packs the product for shipping very well. I am pleased to report that there are still honest people in ...

The F-14

It has gotten a lot of negative press (Spots) ad nasuem (It is what it is). I really like the plane. Overall it is a beautiful plane and a fair representation of the Tomcat. I have always been a Tomcat Fan. I am happy that one is made in this scale. I had no idea as a child that the sky striker was ...

Honestly...why would anyone want to roll their Tomcat? Diego, good question, you will see when you get your plane, sometimes you want to move it slightly and one of the pegs will fall out, even if you pick it up and turn it around you risk the pegs falling out of place. And one of them you literally...

Question on Main Gear being angled. Sometimes it all depends on how you set it up. If you put the three pegs in correctly it stands up mostly straight. But you cannot really "roll it well on its gear" if you do you risk pulling the pegs out and when the pegs are out the landing gear is very flimsy.

The Canopy does stay open

There is a small white bar that holds the canopy up. If you gently hold up the canopy and push the white bar toward the bottom of it and toward the back of the plane you will feel it rest on a ledge and the canopy will stay open. gently push the bar forward at the bottom and the canopy will close.
