Re: What is your most valuable and/or favorite model?

2 planes I have collected that are my favorites.
A 1/32 wood desktop P-47 signed by Gabby Gabreski.
A 1/32 wood desktop F4F Wildcat signed by Joe Foss.
These are treasured and I would never part with, The rest are all just toys.

Re: ALL-GO production status

I have lost all faith in 21st/Four Star Military/All-Go/Whatever following thru with hardly anything anymore let alone getting the jump on producing/marketing planes from an upcoming movie. Heck, I even doubt they get the company Christmas cards mailed out this year before at least April Fools day. ...

Castroww I find this scale conversion chart very useful in converting to any scale. Maybe it could be of use to others.

I understand the desire for new planes and tanks. However, if Algo doesn't sell these introductory pieces, there will never be any new toolings from this source in any scale. The community needs to get behind Algo now, rather than stomping their feet and locking-up. Blah blah blah blah blah blah bl...

Bingo !!!!!!! Most collectors in a hobby prefer a variety instead of buying the same product over-n-over. It makes as much sense to me as going to see the same crappy movie 2,3,4 times, just to support the theater.

It appears they are just duplicating what 21st has already offered. I hope there will be some creativity and their own independent thought. The price however, under the circumstances, isn't bad..... Same scenario when 21st switched to Four Star Military with a re-release of the P-51 & FW 190 paint ...

With BBI re issuing the 1/18 F-16, there is always hope that they will realize that their 1/32 F-4 mold is a winner, and give us some more Phabulous Phantoms. Any BBI new scheme F-4 release would be sold-out very [/i] quickly IMO. The 4D F-14's are an excellent line to collect and look forward to p...
