Re: Dragon 1/6 Panzer II C..if it is real, I'll get it
DML's normal mode is to release a completed model than a year or two later release it as a kit. They did that with the Jeep, Kubel, and there guns. I am going to have to wait for the kit to be released.

Re: Dragon 1/6 Panzer II C..if it is real, I'll get it
Our custom 1/6 guys have already started making accessories for the Pz II's and we haven't even seen one review yet..... http://www.sixtharmygroup.com/portal/viewtopic.php?t=23223 Gonna be a good year. TTT I cant afford 500 right now so I hope this becomes a kit in the near future than Ill get it a...

Re: Dragon 1/6 Panzer II C..if it is real, I'll get it
USMC Chet: In your pics you show a "250" with the 2.8cm sPzB 41 AT gun but you identify the vehicle as a "250/9". Wasn't the "250/9" the vehicle with the armored roof and a 20mm and MG34 in a turret? If I am not mistaken, your pic is a "250/11" with the 2.8 gun. I've got the mount for the 2.8cm gun...

Re: Dragon 1/6 Panzer II C..if it is real, I'll get it
Mitch: Can you tell us what is your source for "under $450 shipped" and "no kits will be available" comments???? $450? that's a great price for the Pz II, including shipping. All the etailers so far seem to be sticking to $499.99 + shipping. As to the kits, DML seems to be bringing out kits for alm...

Re: Dragon 1/6 Panzer II C..if it is real, I'll get it
What bothers me is a comment about DML may be releasing the Pz II at the $499.99 price as a DX10 special reduced price. That means the kit price, when it comes out, will be higher than has been estimated. TTT They will prolly offer a completed kit for more money later because if an un-assembled kit...

Re: Dragon 1/6 Panzer II C..if it is real, I'll get it
Today's news is that the kit price is about right at around $200, and $500 for a built model. More details as to when they will be available should be out tomorrow. Complaints already about the detail (or lack of) on the turret. They still want it for the chassis to make other versions or customs, ...

Re: Dragon 1/6 Panzer II C..if it is real, I'll get it
TTT U I totally forgot about that version of the marader and thats definately an option
personlly I think this was a wise decision for DML to make
the tank is small enough to be fesable to make for money people can afford and can be re-used to make different variants like the Marader and Wespe

To qualify my post. American Grenadier is correct. I was referring only to the niche of 1:18 historically correct military aircraft, figures, and tanks. Historically correct being qualified as, real looking vehicles and figures with real / historical paint schemes, nations, squadrons, groups or wha...

TTT the five wheel panzer is a german design and was used later in the war as the Wespe (http://www.achtungpanzer.com/wespe.htm) and the 4 wheel version was a Czech version that had a common chassis with the Marader and Bison (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panzer_38(t) and yes I do research TTT and n...

Cyberhobby is Dragons online dealer and no this isnt a old 21C kit. The 21C Panzer was the III versin not the II. Please dont guess at the price as my contacts dont have an idea of the price and well since 1/6th was my bag for a long time my contacts are legit contacts.

Re: Things are slow in the 1/18 market on retail and manufac
To say 1/18th is dead is just plain dumb. Look at Gi-Joe.... I played with there 3,3/4 inch figures when I was a kid and they are still here not to mention the great granddaddy Star Wars. Toy tastes are cyclical just like the economy.... they are up and they are down. 1/18th go a huge boost after 91...

Rumor has it there will be a limited assembled run followed buy a general kit release. i would prefer the kit version as it is normally cheaper than the assembled verion.

I tried getting one a long time ago after I saw one up close that a friend had. They are real nice and a good base for many tanks. I may have to order a couple. A nashorn would rock Pickle and I would be interested in that.
