Re: 1 18 KING TIGER?
Inspector Clouseau here with another report: I believe our friend is back: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorworks-1-18-M2-Bradley-Blue-Desert-/220919163490?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item336fceea62 Didn't notice anything at first until I saw the same picture of the bradley used in his previous listing. ...

Re: 1 18 KING TIGER?
I think that this guy buys under the curtisbehappy2011 account and then resells them for ridiculous prices under the pjc240ross account: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Motorworks-Ultimate-Soldier-XD-1-18-SPITFIRE-NNK-Borough-Lambeth-/180779215274?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a1747e9aa The item location ...

Re: 1 18 KING TIGER?
I had a little free time and did the math. This guy spent $5499.55 in 45 days, not including the private auctions. I looks like he bought every buy-it-now auction in sight. And I thought I spent too much on this hobby...

Re: tiger help
The 21c tiger you bought is ideal for a Kursk tiger, except for the steel wheels (nothing is perfect in life, no?)...lol. However, in this 1/18 scale hobby, you learn to fudge things most of the time and either tiger is fine (but neither is perfect) for Normandy too. Which Tiger is this? They gray ...

My collection focuses primarily on modern planes/figures as that is where my interest lies. However, I will definitely be getting one of these. The workhorse of the Battle of Midway! What a great surprise!

Re: PTE Recons
Upon further inspection, the wall/trench is a waste of money. It comes in three pieces that are not connected and they don't stand up by themselves. You will need to glue a base on them or something. Seems kind of silly to make a wall that doesn't stand up? The bunker on the other hand is much bette...

Re: PTE Recons
Just stopped by my local Big Lots. They had the sandbag/wall and the bunker. Picked up 2 each. Not bad for $13. They also had the bombed out building, little bird, rocket helicopter which were new since the last time I went about 3 weeks ago.

Torpedos
Anyone know where I can get a couple torpedos in 1/18 ish scale (short of buying a couple of avengers)? I would even take something a little smaller.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Badcat's "If I were a manufacturer"
An F-4 would be a no brainer. Over 5000 were produced in multiple variants. It served with all three air branches in the US and both Demonstration Teams. It was in service with numerous foreign air forces. Some are still flying the Rhino today! Think of all the different options they could make from...

I actually knew Nicole Malachowski very well. She was a Lieutenant in my squadron and flew on my wing many times. I even had a hand in giving her her tactical callsign! Seems like forever ago. She turned out to be a very talented fighter pilot. Glad to see her career is going well.

Me too. I was just about to order from the Skyworks website the day before it shutdown. Any ideas on where to pick up a set of landing gear would be appreciated.
