Re: Beginnings of my 1:144 aircraft fleet

Purchased my first 1:144 seaplane. If I like it I'll be getting more seaplanes and bombers. Other than a bunch of 1:144 21st Century fighter planes I got at Walmart years ago when they were on sale for next to nothing, it's my first multi-engine 1:144. Anyone got this one yet, how is it? It's on th...

The also had a 4" figure line I hadn't seen before —can't remember the name— but they were officially licensed modern USMC figures. Four diff. figs sold in two packs or as singles with a small wall/fortification or an ATV. They were basically new sculpt Chap Mei figs - they had some accessories tha...

Re: Beginnings of my 1:144 aircraft fleet

Did anyone ever buy from bcmini.com . They are a wholesaler for Japanese type erasers but they also wholecase cases of F-Toys, J-wings, etc. Cse price seem decent with a per piece price around $5. The downside is shipping cost and if you o0nly want 1 or 2 specific models you get stuck with a bunch y...

Re: Trip to the city...

The 1/48 Redtail P-51 and 109 are both nice little planes. Some WM here have P-51 and some have the 109, but I have not seen both at the same location. These are the only 2 released by BH Toys so far (not allgo)

The Hartmann 109 finally showed up here about a week ago. I only found it in the Walmarts that did not have the Redtail P-51. The WM that had the p-51 appear to have stocked more P-51s

Re: BIG NEWS! BBI will be issuing a repaint of the 1/32 F-4

If BBI is using the Tamiya model as it basis there are 2 kits available that the decals and stencils could be copied. Model kits are 60306 or 60308. Schemes included are
WMFA 451 Warlords
VF 151 Vigilantes
VMFA 333 Fighting Shamrocks
VMF 232 Red Devils

I would like any of the Marines schemes
