Avatar RDA Scorpion Gunship Repaint

Yeah, okay, I'm kinda fixating on this stuff... I opened up the exhaust nozzles a bit and painted the exhaust interior, but later I might try to drill them out completely and put in actual jetpipes using some styrene tubing. They look pretty lame as is. I also drilled out the back ends of the rocket...

Re: Sky Works A-10

Discretion is the better part of valor. And where the internet is concerned, a very good rule to remember: Never put anything on the internet that you do not want the entire world to see forever, personal e-mails included. The internet is everywhere and forvever, for better or for worse. (Usually w...

Re: Avatar AMP suit repaint

Ummm, yeah, well that project was pushed to the back burner by my ever-shortening attention span, I'm afraid. It's still sitting on the work table where I left it, and after I finish with another small project I might get back to it. Maybe. But when I finish it, you guys will be the first to ...

Re: FOV Bravo Team is cheesing me off

I like cheese---grilled.

On topic, I think they are knocking each other over when you aren't looking.

I think mine might be taking my socks, too, and my cats always look nervous when they walk into the toy room.

P.S. I really like chocolate milk too.

Now that's more like it. The body could be rounded a bit more on the sides, but that's small potatoes. Might want to keep an eye on this one. :)

Made it to Target last night and picked up a M1. Not bad for the price. The machine guns on top are crap and the weathering is a bit cursory, but I think I can spruce the old girl up nicely.

I don't comment on these kinds of threads much, but I give my mostly worthless two cents: I got into this here hobby when 1/18 was plentiful and cheap, and back then I didn't have nearly the disposable income I have now. But everything is relative. My other collecting hobby/money pit is firearms. Wh...

Sorry guys. They may be calling it a "D", but its a "B/C". Do a quick picture comparison on google. Engine cowling is B/C, single window main cabin door is B/C, and for a "D" the body should meet the tail boom behind the engine exhaust.
I got excited there for a second, too.

Why have none of the 1/18th Manufactuers ever released a 1/18th Scale Harrier?

Because the manufacturers suck.

And they hate us.

And they like to tease animals and steal lollipops from children.

And they smell. :?

I don't have any forks or pitches, but I do have a hoe and a good heavy shovel that makes nice BOONK sound when you hit people in the head with it.

(Don't ask how I know about that last bit.)

Anyway, off with his head?
