21st MARINES COBRA
I m new to this hobby and only got 2 bbi airpalnes (p51 and little bird) before getting the fantastic COBRA - i m impressed by evrything but 2 details : the rocket pods were inward instead of outward and the only figure is desappoing(knee and waist) does all the 21st century toys are the same figure...

F4U4 or AU 1 ?
i am dumfouded ! i was hopping for a 4 blades one ! maybe a F4u4 or better an AU 1 - F4U7 (for us French repainters !!!!!) but anyway if this BBI is at the same standard as my P51 KILLER i will go for it ! (i like particulary the moveable flaps !!!)

8) you are right about the link between the F104 / U2 but the extent of modification is uge !!!!! You can see effectively that the fuselage of the 1st f104 prototype from the cockpit to the tail is the same (minus the "mouses" in the engine inlet) but all the rest is different ! so the mods requires...

what's the tweak ?
What is the tweak of proppeler on the BBI "killer" P51? i've got one and as i red in past forums in changed the pylon place and have done a bit of repaint (GQ instead of GO + painting the canopy frame wich was too transparent ) but i didn't know a problem with the proppeler (in fact it looks so good...

it s funny i read alot of magazines either US or English magazin and of course French ones and i cant help notice the differences in treatment between the 3 futurs jet F22 - Eurofighter and Rafale each country tend to present its own product fairly and denigrate the other (maybe in fact only the F22...

2 seaters could be a good collector marketing target cause you can develop from the one seater - i ve in mind the MARINES F18D armed to the teeth over bosnia a few years ago.....

a skyraider should be the next step with the navy versions making the korean versions and the AIR FORCES ones making the viet nam era ! plus for us in FRANCE we could do some nice repaints ! we used to have some in the inventory till the 70s in AFRICA !
