Re: where is the external infantry telephone on the 21c M48?

I finally get to comment on something I know about from first hand experience. The phone is indeed located on the right rear fender. However, the box on the M 48 is not the right size or shape but close to the right location. It is less of a rectangle and more of a square. It also has a bracket that...

Welcome Cory
All of us stumbled in here at one time or another. Many of us from the original Groundpounder

Have fun here.

Great start to a fantastic outside dio. I look forward to your developing vision of a rural village. The scale perception is awesome and as you add detail it will really come into focus. Thanks for sharing and post more pics.

Re: opinions needed on a tree

Aferg
I think you would be very satisfied with the trees. I have bought alot of Schleich accessories (including all the trees) and all are high quality. Scale is very close and that price is as low as any I've seen. I recall that you have the stagecoach so you know there level of accuracy.

It seems to me an Audie Murphy figure might be very collectible, both in his dress uniform and his combat uniform.

This new technology was featured on CNN this morning. I just caught the last 15 seconds of the segment so don't know what all was said.

 After seeing how nice Tmans X-1 turned out I had to have one so I added to my collection over a year ago, however I've never built it so still nib. I hope to get to it someday. He also used a 21st figure for a test pilot aka Chuck Yeager. It looks excellent imho.

I did not find any decals in my box and during assembly I did not find any screws for the wing to fuselage connection. Easy remedy though.

Re: Best-Engineered BBI 1/32 Plane

I will vote for the Dauntless as well. Mine was flawless in detail and coincidentally I can tie it in with the heritage of my 5 yr old daughter. More on that later. However I gave mine away to my pastor because his father was a radio/gunner on a Dauntlless in WWII. He had a memorial display in his o...

I was biding on one and it was advertised as 1/24 I felt he was wrong but wasn't totally sure. I got sniped in the last 30 seconds by someone. But thats ok I had put in my maximum amount so they can have it at that price. I'll keep searching.

Thanks aferg for the great tip. I've got the F86 on that promo Admiral supported to sign up on their website. Remember, for signing up you got the F86 for a very low price and I also ended up with 3 1/72 German tanks all for around $15 shipped.

Happy days
