NECA Alien Queen

Here is the latest addition to my sci fi model collection. This is the NECA Alien Queen FROM ALIEN RESURRECTION. It is very large model with a length of about 27". Its large size is evident in the first photo which shows the Queen next to an Ellen Ripley figure which is 7" high. This is a very cool ...

" Forces of Valor has formally announced plans to revise their pricing structure for their 1:32 scale military vehicle line beginning in early 2020. Essentially, smaller scale vehicles, such as their jeep and zundapp, will carry a MAP of $69.9...

Re: 21st Century 1/32 plane defects

HARRY: I've got four P-51B models (Berlin Express, Shangri-La, Bullfrog and Bald Eagle) and none have a pitot tube----but they do have a hole for a pitot tube. So I've been thinking about making crude pitot tubes from a paper clip, but it seems like a lot of trouble for something on the bottom of th...

Re: 21st Century 1/32 plane defects

HARRY:

The P-51 "Mrs. Bonnie" comes with a pitot tube, so I guess 21st Century decided to save money and exclude the pitot tube for the future Mustangs.

Re: MIDWAY movie

"Despite being widely panned, Roland Emmerich’s $100 million WWII epic “Midway” is heading for the No. 1 slot at the U.S. box office this weekend with an estimated $17.5 million for Lionsgate. That’s significantly ahead of early tracking’s $13 million prediction. Woody Harrelson, Luke Evans, Ed Skre...

21st Century 1/32 plane defects

I have over 20 21st Century 1/32 WW II fighters, and every time I get one, I check to see what defect it has. Some of them are in storage and haven't been checked, but are are few glaring examples---most of them have small paint smears or scratches. 1. P-51D "Mrs. Bonnie"---cowling paint abrasion fr...

Re: MIDWAY movie

The critics loved DUNKIRK. One even said it was probably the best war movie ever made.
I think DUNKIRK is one of the worst war movies I've ever seen.

I'll wait until it is released on bluray.

Re: FOV 1/16 King Tiger turret basket?

Trex0770: More questions: 1. Could you give more detailed information on how to exactly remove the turret basket from the turret? 2. I have two parts that fell off in the turret: the coaxial machine gun and a J-shaped support rod (see photo), so I need more info as to exactly where they attach to in...
