It's funny you should bring up changing interests and looking into ships. I was just getting ready to start on my Tamiya 1:350 scale Yamato battleship project. I have been wanting to do it for years and with the 1:18 scale slowdown I thought now was a good time.

It takes a bit of force to lock my down, not a lot but a little...lets see what others have to say about thiers......... Thanks VMF 115, I went back and took a screwdriver and went up tailwheel well and did a "pushdown" method instead of trying to pull it down. It gave a pop/click and it went into ...

BBI Zero Tailwheel

Hey Guys, I just pulled my Zero out of storage and put it together. The tailwheel does not seem to want to lock in the down position. It comes down ok but just will not lock and I'm afraid if I try to force it too much more I will break something. Am I missing a trick? Has anyone else had this issue...

I have been in this hobby long enough like many of you who have heard of the demise of the 1:18 rumors forever and I quite frankly don't believe it. I do however, see a slow down in the number of new releases and an increase in the number of repaints. Many of you have sighted several valid reasons f...

Jason....to say that I am blown away by the level of detail on the SBD and the pains you guys are taking to make this aircraft as close to perfect as possible is a major understatement. Maybe we should shutup with the critiques so you can stop with the rework and get it built already:) You listen to...

I'm always amazed at the level of detail that K&C put into their products. They are second to none IMHO. They are just a bit too rich for my blood to own too many. I'm with vmf214 on this and would like to know if anyone has their latest aircraft and have any reviews they would like to share.

Geez that is a tough question...
So far I have been most impressed with 21Cs F-86 "The Huff" and BBIs Mustangs. I would say Hellcat also except I still have my catmouth on Pre-Order.

Anyone have the Parkzone planes and fly them? Just curious because I see them down at my hobbyshop alot. The Spitfire looks very cool. I had the Park Zone FW 190. I was disapointed IMO as they are very hard to fly. They can break very easy as well. At least the replacement parts are very cheap. Tha...

Gotta get both, wouldn't mind those in 1:32 either. We need a 1:32 and 1:48 scale P-38 and P-61 already!!!...man those would be some great birds to have in those scales.

I respectfully disagree with those who say the price is ok. The comparison of the P-39 put out by FOV for $40 is a bit of apples to oranges because it's mostly metal and more expensive to produce. Secondly if 21C can package TWO 1/32 scale WW2 birds in duel packs and sell them at Wal Mart for $30 an...

I pretty much agree with the comments above. I own a 21C Corsair and I like it but the wing folding issue has always annoyed me and having seen the BBI version up close and if I had to do it over again, I would go with the BBI version.

Yep, that was my reaction as well....nice bird but a bit pricey for 1/32 scale..that's 1/18 scale price territory. I realize being a modern jet that badboy is going to be big but I was expecting 30-35 range. Time will tell if that sells well over the long run at that price.

Picked up a Russian Mig on clearance for $25 at my local WM. They also had 4 Chinese Migs and 2 BBDs that looked like they went thru German flak. Anyway, I think its way too early to predict the demise of 1:18 aircraft at WM. I have seen it in cycles over the years. They get a bunch of new aircraft ...
